Whatever you do, DO NOT order the BLT. The regular size BLT sub only comes with two strips of bacon. You would think that about 2 hours before closing and with having around a 2 gallon buckets worth of bacon sitting in a warmer on hand, the Bacon sandwhich would contain more than 2 strips of bacon broken up into little bits.
My grilled chicken bacon sandwhich had more bacon on it plus the chicken and is the same price I believe, so getting the BLT is pointless that is unless you want a salad sandwhich with less than the amount you would get if you added bacon anywhere else.
On top of everything else, every single table was either dirty or at minimum had crumbs all over it even though there was about 6-8 people working, unfriendly staff (not just to us but other customers as well), we were blamed for the wrong sandwhich being made even though the Big Kahuna can be made with either steak or chicken, but we were not asked which one we wanted.
With this being a new location you have to expect people to have never been to a jersey mikes before. Greet your customers, ask them if they have been there before, explain how stuff works, don't rush to get the next customers money before the previous customer is out of the way. Simple stuff....
It will be a long time before I come here again, if ever. Maybe the owner will get a competent staff or maybe it will end up closed like the Quiznos that was down the street,...
Read moreYou know, I've got to tell you about my recent trip to Jersey Mike's. It was such a pleasant surprise, and I'm already craving their sandwiches again!
I decided to give their famous Original Italian sub a try, and let me tell you, it was absolutely scrumptious. The bread was fresh and soft, and the combination of meats and cheeses was just perfect. Plus, the "Mike's Way" toppings with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and that zesty blend of olive oil and red wine vinegar – it all came together for a truly mouthwatering experience.
But what really stood out to me was the staff at Jersey Mike's. They were super friendly, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making a great sandwich. They took their time to slice the meats and cheeses right in front of me, making sure everything was piled high and just the way I like it.
Even though it was busy, they didn't rush through my order or skimp on the toppings. And when I asked for a recommendation on which chips to get, they happily suggested their favorite flavor without missing a beat.
I've got to say, my visit to Jersey Mike's was a real treat. The sandwiches are top-notch, and the staff really makes you feel like a valued customer. I can't wait to go back and try more of their subs. If you haven't been there yet, you should definitely...
Read moreI’d give this location no stars if I could I went in today for a #9 regular sub on white I asked the to warm up the roast beef on the grill for a few seconds and mikes way but oil/vinegar on the side add CPR I know it’s not standard but that was no problem..The issue was the employee with half shaved sides of hair with her (disgusting)attitude at all customers, literally loudly expressing her anger any time a customer entered the door she also didn’t follow directions with my sub then tried to lie or gaslight me and say that the sub was soggy because of Cherry pepper relish as if I didn’t watch them add oil/vinegar and tried to stop them but she tried to quickly wrap it..the thing is I use to work for JM so I know exactly how a sub should look.. especially without o/v this location will lose a lot of customers with employees like that.. I know I won’t be back i never like eating anywhere I don’t feel welcomed and she’s outwardly expressing how much she doesn’t want customers the mistake would of been fine if it wasn’t partnered with a...
