Marina's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Taylor

I was at Road Rangers 3/15/2025. Ordered about $40 worth of food and added a generous tip. To begin with the guy that answered the phone said it would be about 45 minutes. It turned out to be about an hour and a half. Food was cold but when you're hungry and at the bar you're probably going to go ahead and eat what you just paid for. I was not impressed at all. The extra large pizza I ordered was burned on the bottom and dried out. I put in a call to let them know I was disappointed with the food. The guy that answered the phone (the manager) was absolutely rude and unprofessional.He also was the guy who made and delivered our food and said yes he may have burned it. He also said "well what do you want me to do about it". How about an apology smh. I asked for his name he wouldn't give it to me. Called me a liar and hung up on me. Trust me I will use all my social media platforms to make sure no one else has to deal with any issue like this and horrible customer service. #Marina's Pizzeria .So i have been eating from this place since i was a kid... Over the years i have tried just about every food offered by them . They have good prices, good food, and an amazing staff ! They deliver to places in the surrounding areas(thank god cause i live in dearborn heights now) they stay open late and delivery is usually spot on with the estimated time. I like to find the best in all things, so when i was out of town and my husband was home by himself with no wife to make sure he ate dinner, my first and only thought was call the ppl who ALWAYS pull threw for me ! So while states away, i was able to order a delivery and have it sent to him with all my love ! They have grown to know me there and made my simple delivery one of the best experiences i have every had ! Thank you to Jake and the rest of the staff at Marinas, i couldnt have done it better myself ! FIRST TIME HERE, & WILL BE THE LAST TIME!!!! called in my order after looking at the menu online. I asked for a round pizza for the $6.85 pizza deal with 2 toppings, I received a square. When I was placing my order I asked for a order of zesty sticks the man replied the bread, me never coming to Marina's before I said yes and I received a order of cheese bread not what I wanted or ordered. I also ordered a large garden salad which was fine, not much to it lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and green peppers hard to mess up. After driving home which is over 5 miles away mind you, I looked and noticed the mistakes. I called and informed Marina's of the issues, the man told me to hold while he grabbed my order receipt. Upon coming back to the phone he replied the order taken by the employee stated I wanted a square pizza, I repeated how I wanted and ordered a round and he stated again the order taken stated square. Horrible experience no customer service NOT GOING...
