Phantom Fireworks of Taylor — Local services in Taylor

Haven't lit my all off all fireworks yet but the customer service was fantastic I had someone by my side the whole time guiding me and didn't give any attitude. It's kind of funny coming through the front door because you feel like you're going through the TSA at DTW they could be a little Kinder and asking questions.... I understand having a lighter in your possession is bad on accident but cigarettes don't make any sense... cigarettes don't lite themselves on fire so that was kind of weirdn. Other than that it was definitely a good experience. Watch the prices because the Chinese firework tents on the roads you can get cheaper smoke bombs. No pun intended 95 percent of all is made in china but at least Phantom bavks the profuct and if it does not light or fails take it back no questions asked. Kind of like Lowes or Home depot....Sears. The smoke bombs seem to be a little bit high on price atPhantom....Other than that overall was nice. Piranha hundred dollars we got a nice selection of sparklers morning glories firecrackers fiery frog Roman candles snappers jumping jacks and a few other accessory items some good fountains as well...

Went there today, the one in Taylor, MI near the Walmart. No one helped me find anything like in previous visits. Another thing is I'm waiting at the check out, one lane open, no big deal it wasn't busy, but another store rep walks up to a cashier station and starts looking at her phone, I'm thinking she will invite me over soon to check out, but no... another person walks up and asked the same female, are you open, she goes yes I am. So that was rude and uncalled for. I ended up paying full price, no one helped with any coupons or suggestions like in previous years, so you have sold me to shop elsewhere.

Update. I went there this year, July-2025, to see if I could get a better experience. This visit went way better, very nice lady helped my son and I preview some fireworks on her device and helped us take advantage of some savings also. The check out experience went better too. I updated my rating to 3 stars, will see how...

This place just sucks I been a phantom customer a loyal customer at that but the way I got treated by the manager was just nasty I cant believe the way I was disrespect talk to .none of there managers want to owe up to there mistakes so they'll just disrespect you to the point that you'll get mad and they tell you we ain't giving you nothing if you going talk like that well hello yes yes I'm going to talk like that cause you talk to me like that first ..so on that point I'll just go to Ohio and I'm from Michigan but I get way...
