This place deserves NO STARS!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My fiancƩ and I ordered a delivery for mostacholi and baked ravioli and when we got the order the sizes were so little and the ravioli was less than half full and looked microwaved. When my fiancƩ called in to speak with a manager (fred) he was very rude and pretty much told him that's how it comes and there's nothing he can do. Never once asked if we'd like a refund or a new order. My fiance asked to speak to the owner and Fred told him Louie was not there and to call back the next day. Then proceeded to hang up on him. My fiancƩ immediately called back and spoke to a woman on the phone and when he asked for Louie (The so called owner) the lady tells him Louie hasn't worked there in 10 years. After talking to her we decided to drive all the way to the restaurant to bring the food back and ask for our money back. When we got there we showed Fred the ravioli and mostacholi and he told us that he didn't see anything wrong with the order and that that's how it's served. After arguing with the man for 10 minutes he finally gives us our money back but refused to give us the full amount because it was a delivery and refused to give us the owners number. While Fred and my fiancƩ we're arguing I decided to go to the restaurant side to find an actual owner or someone higher up to talk to. I talked to a lady the was in charge on the restaurant side and showed her the ravioli and she too said that that's how it comes and apologized. when we asked her about the owner she gave us a different name...which was Diane. But would not give us a number to contact her. Needless to say none of the managers were helpful nor did they know who was the owner of a "family" business. I have worked in the restaurant business for 8 years with 2 different restaurants that were both family owned and have never seen this type of unprofessional management or quality of customer service. I would never ever come back to this place and would never recommend this restaurant or carryout...

The woman taking the call was made aware that there was a third party on the line. Now here's where it gets messy. I speak to the wait staff and ask for onion and green pepper on my chicken caesar salad and am will to pay extra. We both(myyself and my friend who Referred me) agree to pay extra for these items. The phone went on a brief hold and the wait staff returned and said, "we can't do that". I asked, "do you not have the ingredients, this is a pizzeria and I am sure that these items are ordered on pizzas?". The call goes on another hold. The wait staff returns and says, "we can put them on the side." I said, "nevermind I'm uncomfortable with this person handling my food." Proceeded to cancel the order. Now I am Jamaican/W. African and was referred by an Italian man. I feel that this woman didn't appreciate the fact of that. Because there should be no reason for this response.
I called today at 4:49 PM where I spoke with a female manager who by her tone could really careless. She uttered an air filled, apology and said thank you for bringing it to her attention. I never heard we don't stand for that BEHAVIOR here, nothing but a "fake why are bothering me with this" apology. I asked if this was franchise or privately owned. I was told privately. No one offered any resolve or a real apology. I told the manager I would be writing a review and that their has to be an understanding of the breakdown of customer service relationships. I feel that this attitude will ruin any business. This is how people lose interest in patronizing family owned businesses because their is no one to hold them accountable.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWonderful food, horrible and lackluster management. Ordered food for delivery, when received we never got the marinara spaghetti for one of the meals. When addressed, they sent out the driver to redeliver the missing item; however, the spaghetti received was in meat sauce. WE DO NOT EAT RED MEAT. When addressed AGAIN, we were told that we had to come up there to get the corrected item, that they will not send the driver out again for the same item that was missing the first time and then sent wrong one the second time. When speaking with the manager, I advised that I had already paid for delivery and tip for a service that was not completed. Why would I have to come up there for a service I have already paid for due to your incompetent mistake, TWICE? Absolutely not going to happen. The female manager told us that āthe cook said he made the correct itemā, when in reality the cook was clearly wrong and we were staring at the meat filled spaghetti! WE HAD THE PROOF! We even told her that when they bring the CORRECT item we will give them back the incorrect one. She still wouldnāt budge. I strongly let the manager know that I will not be coming back up there and I would like a refund for the spaghetti and for the delivery. She refused. She wouldnāt back down. Her pride was too proud to treat us with respect and to refund the money for both the incorrect item and incomplete delivery, mainly due to the managerās unprofessional behavior and incompetence. And the worst part of it all, she told me to contact Mary in the morning, so when I asked her for HER name, SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Unbelievable. Itās very sad and unfortunate, because Iāve been going here for years and have had many family dinners and banquets here, and to be treated as if my issue wasnāt even an issue for her, makes me really question the integrity of this business to allow people like her to work for them....
