I went to this beans and brews, not once, but twice this week and only got coffee once. The first day I attempted it I went into the lobby because the same car had been sitting ordering for awhile and I assumed it would be quicker. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all, and waited at the counter to order for almost ten minutes, after waiting so long I just had to leave because if I didn’t I would be late for work. As I was walking out, one of the baristas helped the lady waiting behind me IMMEDIATELY. The second day I went through the drive as to not have this happen again, and before I sound rude, just know, I worked for B&B at a different location prior to being employed with my current company. While in the drive through there were maybe two or three cars ahead of me, nothing major. When I finally ordered my drinks and was second to the window, the wait got incredibly long. I waited probably 10 minutes behind the car at the window, and lo and behold they only had two drinks, the frozen one that comes out of the machine. I finally got to the window and got my drinks in a rush because of the long wait and I really needed to go. After driving away, I take my first sip, it was a caramel cielo, a drink I’ve had a billion times and have never liked. I ordered an iced tan mocha with irish cream in it, and was charged for such, and left with a completely different drink. If I had time to go back, I would’ve. This really put me in a bad mood this week, and I’m fully aware of what their job entails from personal experience, so that’s saying a lot. Do better guys. It is awful to buy $14 worth of coffee just to have to mix it YOURSELF! not to mention that this location charged my card two hours after I was there to get coffee! My bank statement shown that I was there to get coffee at 6am and then shown 9am for a higher tab and I had to consistently call the manager of the store and Last time we spoke he told me I had to sort it out with my bank even though my bank already stated that they couldnt do anything since it's fault on the restaurants end he said he would contact me soon to let me know what corporate can do and I've not heard from him since and that was 2 weeks ago! Read moreUpon my most recent visit, 24 Jan 24, the shop wasn't too busy on the inside but the drive thru was looking quite hectic and seeing how calm and order focused both Alzen and Bentley were when they were taking, making and completing orders, was a sight to see. They were not only quick but very efficient in their system of making the order while the customer was placing their order and by the time they had come to the drive thru window, they paid, received their order and then the next customer rolls up and it was incredible, they are very skilled when it comes to their system and it being efficient. I was blown away when I ordered my drink and also grabbed a rice krispie treat as well, they had me paid and drink made without even so much as a blip of interruption to the drive...
