Servers were nice but covering a lot of territory. Pho was weak - I don't need a super strong tasting broth, but weaker than normal broth and minimal noodles/protein comparing to many years of eating Pho. No basil on the extras plate and almost no green in the bowl. Just feels like they're skimping and for $13 a bowl, the value isn't there. What brings this to a 2 star is the noise and interior. I have had many an amazing meal and experience at beat to hell strip mall restaurants and would not judge, however: torn seats dug vinyl up into legs, booth seats are appealing but old and wobbly so a squirming kid behind me kept jarring the seat like on an airplane, the interior is industrial with all flat hard surfaces and no sound deadening which amplifies their buzzing refrigerator, every stir crazy kid, as well as their blenders - they make smoothies and the blenders are hard to talk over when on. They had some ultra chill old timey elevator music on which I didn't get when walking in but understood later in the meal as it's a good counterpoint to the chaotic noise of the place. Table had been recently cleaned but after years of use is a tacky material that feels gross to the skin and leaves streaks of weird stains - servers should wait for water to dry before seating customers with this type of table surface because you have no idea what to touch - it's gross. The table next to the cash register looked like it was being used for a worker's kid? It had water leaking off the table onto the floor as well as food on the floor - another guy and I didn't know if we were supposed to pay at the register or not as the credit card wasn't getting picked up at the table, so while standing in line to pay I slipped a bit and had to warn someone else to watch out. Generally a grungy feeling place. A lot can be forgiven if the food is good (egg rolls were well fried, condiment containers were clean), but the value wasn't there and I hate to judge on ambiance but the facility itself takes this place down a star....

We have been here many times over the last 5 years. It started out fantastic, very flavorful, and a great value for the price. The last time in November was sub-par. I was hoping that maybe it was an off day. Unfortunately, our current experience was no better, and this time was just as unpleasant.
Upon walking in, the appearance is a lot more run down. Clearly, it has not been maintained well over the last few years. The seats we were sat were torn. We were basically sitting half in/out of a torn wooden box that would catch you as you shifted. The walls next to us were unpleasant to look at, as there was old food and grease splashed on it. The music was so loud it was hard to have a conversation. My other guest commented that it gradually seemed as though it was getting louder.
Putting the esthetics aside, the service was horrible. Our drink orders were never filled. The server was clearly disinterested in us being there. She did not check in at our table to see if we needed or wanted anything. At the end of our meal, we waited an extended period of time for our check, but they never brought it. ( we could see that the servers were eating themselves, which was not an issue). Eventually, I had to hunt down our check.
When placing our order, we added eggs to our Pho, but because she did not know how to prepare it with eggs, she couldn't do it. How do you NOT know how to prepare meals on your menu! Upon receiving the food, the broth was weak and watery. The portion of noodles was about half of what it used to be. The basil was wilted and looked like sauce on it (It almost seemed as though it was previously used). It was sad, we used to love it. Now, it is below average in service and quality. Unfortunately, 100% is not...
Read moreFirst time visiting and I can't say I had a very good experience. I visited on a Sunday morning shortly after opening and I was hit with a strong smell of gas as I walked in. I couldn't help but wonder if there was a gas leak in the kitchen. I brought my concern up to the waitress who chuckled and looked at me funny. She said she'd check on it but never brought it up again. Okay, next I ordered my pho which was priced higher than the average for the area at 15.99 - don't get me wrong, it was great, but still high price for a regular size. I also ordered a chicken Banh Mi which was priced at about $10 and came with sweet potato fries, which I'm not a fan of. I really wish a sandwich only price was offered. It costs the same to skip the sweet potato fries. Our waitress took our order just to come back and tell us they didn't have the bread for the sandwiches.. wouldn't it be nice for the staff to know upfront what food items are not available? I was disappointed nonetheless. So my girlified decided on spring rolls and a pineapple smoothie in place of the sandwich. Both the fresh spring rolls and the smoothie tasted great. I would recommend the smoothies here. Perhaps my biggest complaint of my experience was the underground rap/house party music that constantly dropped F bombs as I tried to enjoy my meal. I don't usually have a problem with swearing but the music really wasn't ideal or appropriate for the environment. Watch out if you bring your kids --the music was definitely not family friendly. Considering the prices, experience, and lack of food items, I don't plan on...
