Russ does amazing work. I have been wanting a specialized wedding ring for years. I was discouraged after going to several "big" jewelry places because of their prices or lack of wanting to do what we wanted. We met with Russ and told him our idea and he went to work on a design. I can tell he put a lot of love and care into this ring. It came out a lot nicer than I imagined. You can tell Russ has a talent for what he does. Other places would have just put something together but when I wanted to change some things that would have ended up making my ring less beautiful, Russ caught it and let me know. I wish I could give a zero star. I never give reviews and I’ve kept quiet for months. Worst experience and resulted in an awful product. Never could get ahold on anyone and when we could there were constant lies and took an extra month until we finally got my ring. Then I lost 2 diamonds in 2 months.
