In this review, it's a comment in helping improve your services. We have ordered 2 sandwiches using the app and was expecting a "freaky fast" delivery. We waited for 15 minutes or more and knowing weather can be a factor or other circumstances that we are not aware. So we called them to confirm the order was received and to confirm a delivery of the sandwiches. We were told that "they were short handed with drivers having a flat tire and call off" problems and can take up to another 20ish minutes more for delivery. Who wants to wait another 20 minutes? So, we went to pick up the order ourselves. Communication is the key? Still working on it? We didn't receive a phone call or text message about 'shortage of drivers'. Just a thought that putting an electronic notification when using electronic orders about delivery latency or simple text, phone call of the waiting time. In doing so can prevent upsetting customers or losing customers or bad reviews. Follow up on recent review. We appreciate a response to an unknown problem of our orders not being delivered as "freaky fast" on that particular day. It can be considered a "hiccup" for delivery to customers. However, it was an unforeseen matter and understand it can happen to most of us. Read moreI usually have good experiences at this location but after the other night, I won’t be returning. I ordered a #12 with no veggies and when I got home, the sandwich had “x mayo” written on it and when I opened it, it was literally bursting with veggies and extra mayo. I tried to scrape it off but my husband insisted we take it back. We took it back and I explained to the staff that perhaps we were given someone else’s sandwich because of the extra mayo indication on the wrapper and they said “we don’t make mistakes” and continued to look down on me and treat me as if I was trying to swindle them out of another sandwich. The employee at the register made me repeat what I had ordered to her several times before someone else stated that they would remake the sandwich. We tried to give them the wrong sandwich to just throw away, again the employee at the register was very rude and said “we can’t take that back” and then they told us we could keep it or throw it away ??? If we wanted to keep it, we would have just stayed home instead of driving back to the store to get it fixed. Read moreThis was seriously the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with this location, and I’ve ordered from them A LOT. I placed an order for literally, one sandwich, at 6:59 PM. I got a phone call about 20 minutes later from an employee apologizing because it would be a little bit delayed, but she told me my order would go out as soon as the driver returned. I was fine with that, I understand the shortage of food workers right now so whatever. My issue is that I got the notification after about an hour, at 8:02 pm that it was out for delivery, and even then, it didn’t arrive until 8:28 pm. It literally took an HOUR AND A HALF. For one sandwich. I called the restaurant just barely and honestly, I requested a refund because this was ridiculous. And I was told “sorry, we’re short on drivers, what do you want us to do?” And I was told I would not be getting a refund or anything.
