Summary: This location has consistently long service times (I've waited up to 24 minutes) and orders are frequently prepared incorrectly. Every time we order ice cream or hot chocolate, the machine is mysteriously "broken", currently "being cleaned", or their "system is down."
Everyone knows that McDonald's has a reputation for not caring and just doing the minimum to get by and this location is no exception. Over the course of nine months, I would estimate that over 60% of my orders have be served without being made to order. Even when I place my order through the touch screen in the lobby, the order has been sent out incorrectly even though the receipt that's glued to the wrapper has the instructions.
Besides not making your meal to order, the service times are unusually long. The kitchen is crowded sand overstaffed, but you're still going to have to wait for ten to twenty minutes in the lobby of you're dining in. The drive through seems to go a bit faster, but that begs the question: why is the lobby is being ignored or forgotten? On our most visit, we waited for fifteen minutes after placing our order before asking if something had happened. They said that they forgot to do it and would have it out soon. That meal came out nine minutes later.
The restaurant itself feels dirty even when it's clean, but that could be due to poor lightning. At least there aren't dirty tables and trash lying around; however, cleanliness is more than just picking up the trash. The tables need to be wiped down and sanitized and the floor needs to be cleaned more regularly.
The Wi-Fi is slow and unreliable to the point where it's not even fast enough to measure the network speed; likely because the connection is metered (limited) to not exceed a certain data cap. So basically the free Wi-Fi is only available at the beginning of the month. In other words, there is no Wi-Fi for three out of four weeks.
The bar is already set pretty low when it comes to eating at McDonald's, but this location demonstrates a constant lack of caring with no effort to provide excellent, or even acceptable, levels of...
Read moreDidn't get my food I paid for so can't rate that which also reflects on service and atmosphere imo. Alright, so I went to McDonald's. I had two online orders. One was for my roomate. She had ordered and paid online, and I had ordered and paid online. We had gotten to the McDonald's and were waiting there. Had been waiting for about 30 minutes. And noticed, they weren't setting our orders up. We gave them the order numbers, showed them the email recipt and everything. We told them multiple times what our orders were. I had waited a little bit longer and sent my roommate back to check on the dogs. And they did not give me my order. A little dude who says he's the GM and had told me his name was Jesus seemed to act like he was going to handle it but I haven't seen such incompetence in a g.m. in my life... Jesus was here ghly unprofessional, terrible at communicating and quick to jump to conclusions while he is being shown proof he is wrong. I was accused of lying to him, even though I showed him the receipts that were on the email. had my roommate go back. She showed the receipts on her email. He still accused us of lying. We didn't get our food that we paid for. Jesus Wouldn't even refund it. He embarrassed us and called us a liar. So, I personally think that if he's the GM, he's the worst GM I've ever seen. And he should probably be fired. Because that is unacceptable. Being as someone who has worked in customer service in multiple accounts, I have never seen such blatant disrespect when all of the receipts and all of the proof was there that we had paid for our orders and we didn't get them. That is theft.
I would just Like to point out this problem has happened multiple times and only while Jesus is the shift manager. If he's the GM, I highly suggest a district manager look into his behavior. I want to add every other manager has been great and I hope this review only reflects...
Read moreSo I was craving McDonald's but already had a couple cold ones and thought I'd better not drive. So I noticed on their page they advertised that they deliver. I ordered food for me and two other people in my house to be delivered through doordash. The McDonald's is a 3 minute drive but I wasn't again going to risk it. Well I get this update from my Dasher saying they provide to McDonald's but McDonald's is not ready for the food I guess. At this point I was like okay no problem. But 10 minutes passes and I get a message saying that sorry McDonald's is telling them that they're not going to serve them as fast as regular customers because I'm not a customer because I ordered through doordash. I instantly assumed the Dasher was lying however I could see that they were there at the McDonald's and they were doing a great job and keeping me informed of what was going on. 7 minutes later according to the app they got the food and then got it delivered to me within a couple minutes. As I don't want to get anybody in trouble I won't share names or exact but basically I guess a doordash customers are not considered real customers in McDonald's. I can't speak for all McDonald's but definitely this one. I previous delivery drivers and apology for complaining about them cuz I couldn't believe a restaurant would treat customers that way, so to you doordash I apologize and to you this particular McDonald's how dare you state that us customers taking advantage of your advertised delivery is not as good as your customers in your drive through. I will be sure that every time I visit does McDonald's or my friends visit this McDonald's or their friends visit this McDonald's we will review your food and make it honest. And let's face it it's just McDonald's it's not supposed to be great it's just supposed to be fast and you can't...
