Absolutely! Here's a more natural and humanized version of your review with the word changes you requested, while keeping the meaning and tone intact:
I adore this place! We come here all the time, and it honestly bums me out that we can't dine in right now because of COVID—but we still make sure to order through DoorDash. The food is always so tasty!
We usually go for a combo starter plate because everything’s so good, it’s impossible to pick just one or two things. Their egg flower soup is amazing—when we’re in the mood for something lighter, we’ll just grab a few starters and a big pot of that soup.
Their chow fun is seriously delicious, and they’ve even made it without onions for me when I’ve asked—super accommodating. The food always arrives fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I also really appreciate that their sweet and sour sauce isn’t overpowering like it can be at other places.
They always give you a generous, classic bowl of rice with your dish. The sesame dish is one of my absolute favorites! My husband can’t get enough of their beef and broccoli. The menu says it has a little spice, but it’s so mild even my spice-sensitive husband enjoys it.
The vibe is great too. We love that the staff are super respectful and never rush you—unlike a lot of places nowadays.
All in all, this has become one of my absolute go-to spots, and I really hope they stick around for a long time!

The atmosphere is fantastic, and we really like that they are very respectful and won't hover around to hurry you like a lot of restaurants these days. Overall, this has very quickly become my favourite place to eat and I hope they stay...
Read moreCame here in February to an absolutely abysmal experience.
My girlfriend and I came in two hours before closing one evening for some dinner. We were the only two patrons present, and the whole front of house was. Completely. Silent. Not a peep. No kitchen noise, no music, no AC, no talking. It was somewhat creepy. We whispered through our meal because talking felt illegal, and every cling or clang of silverware on our dishes made us flinch.
Our hostess didn't seem to want us there, either. She was polite enough, but acted kind of annoyed the whole time we were present.
We were only in the restaurant for about 30 minutes, most of which was spent waiting for our food. I got cashew chicken, of course, and was sorely disappointed. The chicken was chewy and gummy, and the veggies were hardly cooked at all. The cashews were not roasted.
We couldn't take the silence, so we got boxes and left. Unfortunately, we couldn't bring ourselves to return to the leftovers later, so they went to waste.
♡1/10 experience ♡Did not hold a candle to Formosa ♡Would not return...
