💬 OVERVIEW - 4.25 Came here one evening on the suggestion of our friends that this was the place we should try their food.
🗺️ LOCATION - 5 Being from Orem, finding this place was rather simple with the assistance of Google Maps, if I didn't have that, I don't think I would have been able to find their place.
💲 PRICE - 4 The prices seemed reasonable for the food we got. I think the only complaint I had was being charged for the refills on our drinks.
🌯🥪 PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5 The food was indeed delicious! I had the Pollo Con Queso Pupusa (Chicken with Cheese Pupusa), Pollo Pastelito (Chicken Pastelito), and a Chicken Sandwich. It was all delicious, and I ended up taking some of it home as leftovers. While the food was delicious, they took (and no exaggeration) forever! For a party of five, it felt like it took about half an hour before the food was in front of us at our table.
📢 POINTERS/PERKS - N/A I'm sure there are some, but I don't know what they'd be.
🧑 EMPLOYEES - 3 The young lady that took our order before we could be seated was friendly. The guy that ended up bringing us our food, messed up and told us the food was the wrong dish. So I got my wife's food and...
Read moreYears ago, I was one of the first customers and always felt welcomed by the owner and his servers, whenever I would come in. I'm sad, that it's not this way anymore. I went to eat here Saturday. First, I was just told to sit wherever, without any eye contact, then it took 15 minutes for them to take my order. It wasn't even busy. The girl acted like I was in her way and acted like she didn't even want to be bothered. It took forever to even get my drinks and by the time, I got my food, it wasn't hot anymore. First, I got my 3 pupuas...ten minutes later, I got my salad and sauce, which goes with the pupusas, when I was half way done eating. The girls at the front didn't even come over, when I waved them over for service. They all just looked at me and kept talking among themselves. Making it obvious, yes, they did see me, but they weren't going to come over. So I just walked up to them. I didn't leave a tip. The customer service was bad and the owner was there! I'm just saying, it wasn't like this before. Greetings to the...
Read moreOh how I love this place! I try not to get near here cuz it calls my name and I can't resist going to eat pupusas! I lived in El Salvador so it is a great reminder of wonderful people and yummy pupusas. They have gourmet but I mostly keep it simple with queso (cheese) or revuelta (mixed). Their horchata is good and they have kolachampan typically found in El Salvador. I also enjoy fried plantains with beans and cream or empanadas made of mashed plantains then filled and fried. Also their sopa de mariscos is very delicious. They bake some sweet treats too. They may seem slow on service but the pupusas are made by hand when you order them. Today they could have used another person at the register one helping put orders of baked goods together and one charging completed orders. I had ordered my food carry out and picked it up but I had to wait 10 min to pay for my food!! when you expect to be in and out cuz your kids are waiting is a little frustrating. It's not gonna make me stop...
