Dear Taco Bell,
I hope this letter finds you well, unlike my recent Taco Bell experience. I must say, I've had better encounters with unicorns and leprechauns. Let me regale you with the tale of my most recent visit to your establishment, which can only be described as a comedy of errors.
Firstly, I ordered my meal with the expectation of savoring a warm and delicious feast, but what I received could only be classified as "cryogenically preserved fast food." My burrito felt like it had just returned from an expedition to the Arctic, and my nachos seemed to have been used as ice packs in a previous life.
But the chilliness of the food paled in comparison to the frosty demeanor of your cashier. Now, I know that fast-food employees have to endure a lot, but her attitude would have given the iceberg that sunk the Titanic a run for its money. I half-expected her to utter the phrase "I'm king of the world" as she handed me my arctic meal.
Adding insult to injury, my request for a receipt was met with disdain, as if I had asked for the secret formula to the Taco Bell hot sauce. You see, I like to keep track of my Taco Bell adventures, and without that receipt, I feel like I've lost a piece of my personal history. I'm convinced that the missing receipts are being stockpiled somewhere for some nefarious purpose - perhaps they are planning to build a Taco Bell-themed paper mache mountain.
In conclusion, I can no longer remain silent about this ongoing saga of culinary misadventures. My patience, much like the integrity of my order, is wearing thin. I hope that you'll take this letter as a call to action. Taco Bell, it's time to heat things up, both in the kitchen and at the cash register. If not for me, do it for the sake of future generations of Taco Bell enthusiasts who deserve better.
Yours...
Read more(update: August 10th 2021) Looking through other reviews, not opening and closing as indicated seems to be common, even for closing time. Along with blocking off the drive through. Therefore I'm lowering my rating to 1 star until they improve or provide a reasonable explanation. It's almost as if they don't want business anymore.
If there is an issue with the store such as lack of staff or anything, they have a responsibility to communicate with customers if they cannot provide usual service. A simple sign would have sufficed.
If they don't have a good reason for it, they need to shape up.
(previous review) This is one of my preferred Taco Bell locations as it's been recently remodeled and they are generally hassle free with ordering and receiving food.
The lobby is very clean most of the time and staff is friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility is available at the northern entrance.
The food is prepared well and I haven't had anyone mess up the order at this location yet.
However I'm a bit of a stickler with a business' honesty when it comes to opening and closing times. I recently went at opening time as posted online and their doors were locked. The time posted on the door was the same as online. I decided to wait 20 minutes and nothing.
So I tried going through drive through and that was blocked off as well. There was an employee sweeping in the drive through. I left and went to the next closest Taco Bell and...
Read moreWorst service EVER! I frequent this location often, but as of today that is going to change! Went through the drive thru & the girl taking my order literally got every part wrong because I ordered a box with multiple items in it she just assumed I wanted it how it comes normally & acted irritated that she had to change it out to what I wanted in the box. Then after fixing that she forgot to put some of the other separate items I ordered after the box because she had to go back & delete it. That's just tune beginning....Then I get to the window & they hand me my food minus the fiesta potatoes I ordered. She told me that I needed to go park & wait for them. When I told her that I'd prefer not to pull forward, because the rest of my food will be cold.... she was very rude & said "Fine then I'll just refund you for the potatoes..." then slammed the window in my face & refused to give me the rest of my food. She gave me my money & refused to give me the food I had ordered. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! Not sure what's happening at this store lately, but every time I come to this location, they screw up the order &/or forget items. Then act like they're put out that you want your missing items. Would love to see new management or see current management actually do something about it. I definitely won't be recommending this...
