Everyone said the food was good but some waited HOURS to get the dishes. I read where one lady was charged $180 for something that shouldn’t have been nearly as much. This was my case as well. They think because you don’t live in Jamaica you’re stupid and will just swipe your card without looking at your check. They charged me an extra $17, 000JMD in TAX and told me my bill was $212 USD. Mind you all we ordered were two oxtail dishes at $22.50usd each and a chicken dish which was less than that. My server told me TWICE that that was the correct tax and my bill was accurate. When the owner came she claimed that the server made a “mistake” and it should’ve been “$1,700JMD not $17,000JMD” in taxes. You could tell this was their regular scam routine for tourists. So you mean to tell me that the waiter doesn’t know the difference between $1,700 and $17,000 knowing what he served that table??? Actual bill ended up being less than $80usd. BE CAREFUL AND DOWNLOAD THE CURRENCY APP SO YOU DONT...

The service is atrocious. I am Jamaican and would not recommend this place to anyone. The short girl at the counter had an attitude for days. Not sure who pissed in her cheerios but there is absolutely no excuse to carry a bad attitude with a person who came in smiling. I placed my order over the phone and didn't leave my house until 15 minutes later. By the time I got there, it had been about 30-40min in total. Not only did she have no clue about the order (a mishap on their part) but she tried to play it off. I asked her about 3 items in the order (there were 4 in total) just to try to jog her memory. She was ready to take my payment but hadn't confirmed the whole order. Then, she said they are going to make it right now and told me to calm down and be patient. I hadn't even said or done anything that'd cause that sort of reaction. In any case, that is not how you speak to people. She is such a horrible representation of that place and I do not care to ever go back. Please put her on mop duty or something and have someone else take/check orders. Don't care what the food is like....

I ordered 2 orders of reggae chicken . the reggae chicken wings is in the warmer by register . The only reason they should take the chicken in the back is if someone orders rice with it or something . But I ordered just wings . Last week I ordered just wings and the new girl at register put them in the container in front of me . TODAY was different . She took the wings out the warmer and took them to back to put in container. THESE REGGAE WINGS WAS SO HARD AND MADE YESTERDAY! I couldn’t believe they gave me these wings this old. Mind you I had them last week and they was fresh and good . I called them and the short new girl had a attitude about me telling her the wings was old. She gave the phone to a lady name Lisa who was very nice and told me she would give me fresh chicken wings just bring the old ones back.
