I had a very bad experience with them. They are service is so bad. They always try to take money from you advance, once you give the money then whenever you need to talk to them they are very irresponsive. They don’t pick up the phone call even they don’t reply back your message. I brought 2 cabinets & two countertops from them. they don’t provide me pillars & necessary molding. When I asked them later they charged me extra. They didn’t provide me the countertop they supposed to agreed. If you do business with them they will give you pain in every moment. I don’t recommend business with them. Stay away from them.

February 1, 2024 Yes, exactly this is how you respond with the people. You do serve people with fake way. You take money from people and try not to give them right things. Remember you took money from me to committed to give me the same marble for my 2nd countertop, but you don’t. Also your staff behavior is so rude. When they see they are unable to keep the promise they stop communication with the customer like stop receiving calls, reply emails and so on. Finally your are a fake business man. Jay was exceptional and provided great service throughout. His dedication included coming to my house in NY on a Sunday to take measurements. His team, including the countertop fabricator, are very professional and did a highly professional job including the fabrication and install of the countertop and install of the same countertop slab as backsplash.
