I've used this place for a few years to delivery mother's day flowers and thought they were fine, but this year had the most terrible experience ever -- they are unprofessional, rude, lied about delivery, and almost made my mom cat's extremely ill.
TLDR; "Delivered" it on the wrong date (it was never delivered) Lied about the delivery Requested my mother's number to verify for themselves it wasn't delivered (instead of trusting my word) Extremely rude Created a bouquet that was requested to be cat friendly but had lilies, extremely toxic to cats
Longer story:
I made an online order 2 weeks in advance to send my mom mother's day flowers with a request to include cat friendly flowers, even indicating the specific types of flowers that are good (sunflowers, roses and orchids). However, day-of the flowers hadn't arrived, so I called the shop to check in on the order and they had claimed they delivered it the day before (even though the delivery date was Mother's day). I told them that it was not delivered and after many backs and forth, they requested my mother's number to verify with her directly it wasn't delivered (instead of trusting my words). We know for sure that a delivery attempt was not made because my mom had been working in the yard all day the day before and even double checked her cameras in case.
After many calls, they said they would do another re-delivery, which I was grateful for. If the delivery had just ended well here, I wouldn't be here writing a review. After delivery was made, we found lilies in the bouquet of flowers, and Lilies are extremely toxic to cats. I called in again inquiring about my order as I had specifically requested cat friendly flowers and all the lady said was they don't know what are cat friendly flowers and if I wanted to guarantee that I had to go in myself and pick it out.
To me, this was very rude and unprofessional. Every florist and flower shop I've ever been to before has always been able to adjust to a request like this, especially given I gave them a few flowers listed right in the request. Additionally, since it's an online order, an easy google would have shown that lilies are toxic. The woman who answered the call was neither sorry or apologetic and instead was defensive.

However I have received such an absurd amount of disrespect and poor business practices that I must make sure others are aware. I placed an order online with this flower shop early this morning and through the course of the day I spoke to this flower shop four different times in regards to how much longer before the delivery is made on Mother’s Day. They assured me the driver was three minutes away which at first I thought OK that is definitely possible because the shop is roughly Six blocks from where this delivery was supposed to take place.
At 3 PM I received an email stating the delivery has been made. I myself was at this address all day long waiting to surprise A very special someone. I called again roughly 6 o’clock and someone picked up the phone and told me the driver already delivered it and if there’s a problem call back on Monday and hung the phone up on me as I was talking. I checked security cameras and no delivery was made and I spoke to everyone in the house with me and still no delivery was made.
I drove to the flower shop only to see that not only are they closed their business hours for Sunday close at 3 PM. It became clear to me that this flower shop received more orders than they could deliver today and simply sent out an email stating the delivery was made at the same time the store closes 3 PM. Their behavior in business practices are inexcusable and quite frankly outrageous as a new customer I would never use this flower shop again and advise that others...
Read moreFor a wedding, DO NOT USE. This Saturday December 17th, they promised my flowers at 3pm and didn't show up at the venue til 5:10! At 4:00 when we called, they lied saying they were running 30 minutes late. When they were still not there at 4:45 they lied that the van was in the parking lot of the venue when they clearly were not (because we were all looking out window at parking lot lot). That then got me fired up. If you are running late just say so. The owner who is named Ali told my bridesmaid his name was Bob. Delivery guy said that he uses that fake name; don't know who to believe. When my bridesmaid (who was yelling at them on the phone) called them out, they hung up on her and stopped answering the phone! They finally showed up at 5:10. None of my pictures which we planned before the ceremony had flowers. When they finally got there, my white roses had other flowers mixed in and no blue jewel pins as in the contract. When I told the delivery guy, he stuck these ugly pearls pins in them from his truck. My matron of honor was supposed to have blue roses and she didn't. Awful spray job on some of the flowers.
