Far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway.
The employee making my sandwich was on the phone the entire time — which I didn’t initially mind — but his overall attitude was unprofessional and dismissive.
I politely asked for just one line of buffalo sauce, but he drenched the sandwich in it. When I asked if he could either fix it or remake the sandwich, he told me it was “a long process.” I asked what that meant — it’s just a sandwich, not rocket science — and his response was to tell me to return the chips and that he’d refund me instead.
I explained I didn’t want a refund; I simply wanted the sandwich made properly. He refused, processed a refund anyway, and never offered a solution beyond that.
I genuinely don’t understand why someone would work in customer service if they clearly don’t want to deal with customers. As a former Subway owner in California, I know how things should be done — and this wasn’t it. Poor service like this is exactly how good locations lose loyal customers.
When I asked for his name, he mumbled something that sounded like “Mohh” and wouldn’t give me a clear answer. He also refused to provide contact info for the manager or owner.

One particular incident when I had a friend with me it was a buy a 6in get a 6in free coupon, she pretended to not understand and would not take off the price of the one 6 in. I had to insist, she reluctantly made a call,we had to wait and let others go ahead of us. Read moreNo way their rating is above 4 stars. Crazy. Advertised to be 1/2lb of meat for the beast and it's not even 1/4lb meat and thin 1 layer of roast beef for another sandwich. Also put as little veg as possible even we ordered more portions. Never going back ever.
Update: made a call to the store and mentioned that the meats are not even 1/4lb. They kept on saying that is subway recipe, one layer of each meat. and the food left the store already so won't do anything. I even told them i weigh the meat and they said they dont care.
