If you do dealings with this place, make sure you get paperwork 10 times over. I went to this store a few weeks ago because my phone stopped accessing the internet. The rep indicated my Samsung no longer supported my phone(which I found very strange because I would have expected to get an email) but nonetheless my phone was a little older so I decided to purchase a new phone and I told the rep I just wanted the same plan nothing more. Several times over he tried to push a tablet onto me and I told him several times I didnt want or need a tablet. After several attempts to push the tablet on me, he assured me the tablet was "part of phone purchase as a bonus" I said fine. A week later, I logged to my account to see how much I owed. The first red flag was my pin was changed and I had to reset my pin. To my surprise, not only did I have the incorrect plan BUT I now had a 2nd phone number with a tablet plan. I came a few times because I wanted to speak to original rep. Finally on Dec 2 I saw he was there, My first thing I mentioned to him was why my pin was changed, after the "Uh oh" look on his face subsided, he said "we had to because it was a new plan" Calmly I said "NO it wasn't because I asked you for the same plan". I then asked him why he added the 2nd line and he said it was part of the package. I indicated to him I dont want the 2nd line and Im telling you again. Once again he went to used car salesman mode until I started to get visibly upset. Finally he said OK no problem I'll remove the 2nd line. I called Metro customer service on the Dec 3, and guess what ? The rep only changed the tablet the plan to a smaller GB plan and kept the 2nd line. After speaking with customer service, I FINALLY got the 2nd line removed which i NEVER asked for in the first place. I would definitely NOT recommend this store to ANYONE. I'm very tempted to place a formal complaint...

7/13 Purchased the Samsung Galaxy A54 cellphone. The phone I requested was one with wireless charging capabilities.
7/14 Returned to the Metro by Tmobile location and advised the salesperson that the cellphone that was sold to me was not charging on my wireless charging device. I was told to purchase an adapter (Olixar ultra thin usb-c wireless charging adapter). I purchased the adapter that same day through Amazon. The device did not work.
7/25 I returned to Metro by Tmobile to advise the salesperson that the adapter did not work. I requested a full refund and I would purchase another phone that did have the wireless charging capability. I was told that his manager would need to approved and I should come back on Wednesday, August 2.
8/2 I returned to Metro by Tmobile where they tried to sell me a Samsung Galaxy S21 and charge me the âdifferenceâ. First of all, the Samsung Galaxy S21 is cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy A54. Secondly, the Samsung Galaxy S21 was first released in 2021. The Samsung Galaxy A54 that I purchased was released in March 2023. The store manager said that I was not entitled to a full refund because my phone was an upgrade. I guess he was trying to insinuate that I paid less than the market value for the phone; which is not true and is completely irrelevant as I was only asking for a refund of the amount that I paid for the phone. I was prepared and willing to purchase a new Samsung Galaxy S23 after receiving my full refund for the Samsung Galaxy A54. The manager refused stating this was not store policy. This is unethical business practices as I was sold a phone that did not function as I was told that it would.
I will never purchase anything again...
