This was seriously the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to, especially when it’s a new location. Me and my boyfriend came to Arby’s today and we ordered our food and I had to repeat my Reuben three times until she read back the order WITH RUBEN INCLUDED. We got up to the window and automatically, the employee was incredibly rude. My boyfriend gave her his credit card after he got his milkshake. A second after, she opened window and just started waving his credit card with the nastiest face just magically waiting for him to see it, WITHOUT SAYING A WORD, do you know how to talk?I saw her and waved my boyfriend to grab it but I wasn’t going put up with her rudeness. I told her that she could say something instead of acting so abruptly rude for no reason. She give us our food and I check the bag to make sure everything was there and my reuben wasn’t. I politely told her this, while two employees stood behind her. They all said there wasn’t a Reuben placed on the order, even when me and him both clearly heard them repeat the order back and had to repeat it THREE TIMES to the woman. She apologized while the other employees told her that it wasn’t paid for and when we asked to see a receipt, they said there isn’t one to give to us. How is there not a receipt for an order?! They made us pay an extra seven dollars even when we didn’t have proof it wasn’t on our purchase. Read moreWe ordered our meals and had to get a manager to change the price as it was not posted at the same price that it rang up as. After our meal we ordered two turnovers. The family went to the car as I waited and watched the KDS screen go to red and 10 minutes. The turnovers were sitting in the display case. The counter staff person was kind, friendly, and prompt to help. He also seemed new to the position. Three young staff persons did not help him and ignored the counter. They watched him struggle to know how to drop fries for a guest who came back with cold fries. The young male manager made revolving trips without taking any helpful actions. He even looked at the three drive through KDS (also red) and our to-go KDS (with turnovers sitting directly under the KDS. When he DID make it back to notice I’d been there 10 mins he asked what he could get ordered. I told him I just needed those turnovers. He started giving me excuses instead of just apologizing and getting them. He still didn’t get them. The young counter staff member turned to get them and apologized. I've been going here since it opened and I've never seen a friendlier staff, better quality food, and just genuine hospitable atmosphere.
Sometimes you have to wait but honestly for this service I'd camp out over night if I had to ^_^
God bless management for training their staff to give the best customer service I've ever seen :)
This is the only food place I know that serves EVERYTHING on the menu all the way until close. And I've never come across a team member on closing shift that acted like they really didn't wanna be there. The team members all seem to have a great time no matter what. This place has made my day in some of the toughest times I've ever gone through and I'm grateful for everyone there :)
