Stadium Pizza — Restaurant in Temecula

So....first let me say the pizza is great. The service not so much, it's really very hit or miss., but today was the day it was bad enough I had to write a review. We got there and the register guy was awkward at best a younger white guy wouldn't make eye contact and acted like ordering from him was a hassle....I asked him what happened to the table numbers that had the stadium names and stats, he stated" I don't know we just don't" I guess.... we sat down. And about half an hour the server a larger Hispanic lady that looked like she was angry came by and literally threw our pizzas onto the table without a word. The pizza landed on each other with a thud. It was so freaking rude, I almost couldn't believe she did that. Before I could say something I looked up and she was gone. The place is weird because it's all locals and people that seem to know each each other for years, and everyone that works there seems like they hate their job, or they hate being there or hate customers they don't know, and are just plain rude. I've had other incidents like this with this place, but I finally decided to write about it. I may have to drive to the other location to get the pizza without the...

I ate at Stadium Pizza for the first time today and will never go back. There were three male employees there when I went in. I was there for about 30 minutes total and never saw anyone else- and believe me, I was looking. The employee at the register would go sit at a table with a friend, eat pizza and drink a soda, and jump up to go to the register when someone walked in. He never once washed his hands after licking his fingers before grabbing plates and forks for the guest. He even pulled pizza out with his bare hands to slide it onto a platform and then cut it. Again, he never washed his hands once. I called after I left to get the number for the manager. They would not let me speak to the manager unless I disclosed what I was calling about. The person that answered the phone was the same employee that was eating. I was finally put on hold. The person that picked up next said they were the manager. This person said they were there the whole time making pizzas. I NEVER once saw anyone making pizzas. Clearly this person was lying. I am completely disgusted by...

This pizza is definitely the best pizza around. The staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. And it's for sure the perfect place to watch a game on their picnic bench seating. The reason for 3 stars is their unreliability to get pizzas out in the time they tell you. When we called in on a Wednesday night, They told us 20 minutes for the pizza pickup. After showing up, it took about 65 minutes. The manager was very nice (it seemed like our order got lost) and told us they would comp our next pizza. We came in on a busy Friday night and ordered a medium pizza, which was free, but it still took about an hour for it to come out while dining in. Today, we ordered at 11am (Saturday), and we're told 20 minutes. We came in 40 minutes later and they recognized me immediately. The pizza came out exactly an hour after we ordered today as well. I understand that they're busy, even when not many people are dining in. All I ask is to be honest about how long a pizza will take so that, if it will take 50-60 minutes, we are not...
