Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Temecula

Jersey Mike's has great sandwiches. They are definitely in my top three. They also have points you can accumulate by simply typing in your phone number when you pay. After you add up enough points you can redeem them for a free sandwich. But now comes the only reason why I gave them three stars. Once on a Saturday and then again just this last Sunday I was so looking forward to getting my number nine and was starving. I pulled up and saw the entire lobby filled with about 15 to 20 kids and their parents. It appeared they were from teams of some sort of sport. They had every seat taken inside and out and the line was almost out the door. It would have taken no less than a half an hour to be able to get a sandwich and even if I did decide to wait around for it, I would have no where to sit, so I left. No offence to the kids and parents who take their teams there on the weekends, but I just wonder if you or the jersey Mike's staff consider that there are other customers who go there and would like to eat there as well. It's a quick sandwich on the go kind of place, not a, make a reservation and wait to take your order and be there for an hour and not get a seat after you wait all that time kind of place. Parents consider maybe ordering pizza or something like that so that other customers can eat there as well. And Jersey Mike's if they continue to eat there every weekend during your busiest hours figure out a way to serve and seat your other customers too. I am a regular, but I won't go at all if I can't even get a sandwich or a seat. It's not worth it to me. Sorry, but that's...

I've had nothing but Delicious sandwiches every time I've visited. They use only quality ingredients including genuine boars head meats and cheeses, if you haven't tried their food give them a shot, and make sure to try it Mike's way, ( they add olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt pepper.) also try their pepper corn spread :p. the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they unlike their competitors only have one type of bread. Their French bread is good, but having a choice of some fresh baked Italian herbs and cheese, or garlic oregano breads etc would add that little extra I'm looking for. If your in the area and hungry I suggest trying their california turkey avocado and bacon Mike's way with pepper corn spread on the side for dipping. Definitely...

I ate lunch today 11:00am 06.10.2022 and ordered my favorite #2. Food was good 👍. Customer service is excellent. The two staff members that help me are Amanda & Anna. What I liked even better and the reason for this store getting a 5 star rating is cleanliness!. I saw everyone behind that counter constantly cleaning when there were no customers ordering. The tables were constantly being cleaned as well. Moreover, this one is a pet peeve for me as a restaurant manager, they were cleaning the fountain soda dispenser nozzles! I always check those as a manager and a customer. I know I wont get sick at the location because they are doing what they are supposed to do! Store...
