The next time you decide to go thru the drive thru at this Mc Donald's, be sure you bring your own napkins and condiments. You might even have to bring your own bag to put all your food that you have just bought from Mc Donald's in. I am not exaggerating when I say, every time I go to this Mc Donald's (and I come here often enough to experience this), I ALWAYS have to ask for a napkin or ketchup for my large fries. Mind you, I am not asking for extra napkins or ketchup packs. For the love of God, I just want one. It doesn't matter if you've just bought $2 dollars worth of food or $20, do not assume that there will be napkins or condiments in the bag! Now, about the bag issue, I cannot tell you how many times it has happened to me, when they try to give me my food thru the drive thru window without having bagged my food. I am not kidding. The wait for drive thru can be 25 min, yet going indoors is chaotically worse. Not on person inside knew what they were doing, no one was at a register as they were running into each other turning in actual circles. Sunday about 1pm I went inside due to long line, 5 people were waiting for orders over 20 min. Two men asked for money back, one lady was waiting 15 min only to be told her order was given to another guest shed have to wait. I asked to see manager. She literally ran to back of work area as I was told she sent 5 employees on break I asked for my money back after 20 min. Read moreTerrible experience. I know general service has tanked at fast food places since the pandemic but this was a whole other level. The worker was rude the whole time while taking my order. I tried to be friendly regardless but then I waited about 15 minutes and we moved to the front because our food wasn’t being called out. When I realized everybody who was ordering was getting their food almost instantly I went and asked about our food. The person who took my order was watching me wait for my food for almost 20 minutes. When I asked it was just sitting there. Never being called. The food was cold and nasty. The service was horrible.
