Avoid this location at all costs. Staff ignores their customers. Waited 30 mins for a cold brew only to find out they were out of it. When I asked about my coffee, the barista said “oh, we’re out of cold brew. You can get back in line for a refund or to place an order for something else.” I’m sorry, what?!? If you see a customer standing at your counter for 30 mins and you know you’re out of something, would you not let that customer know? And then to tell me to get back in line, instead of saying I can make you something else right now, I’m sorry for the inconvenience….so frustrating, my time matters! I need to pick up the orders, and there was a lady wearing pink dress and jeans pant, she was rude and racist, when I stand there to wait , she just said who ah who ah , didn’t know said hi, or who will you pick up? When a customer with white skin , she was smiling and nice said good morning . I felt so different service! Worst thing happened , she wanted me take the straw with terrible attitude , she said to me :go to pick up straw there! That was rude , I chose ignored, she said: Do you understand? I only go to this location because it's conveniently close to where I live but every time I give this starbucks another chance, they just end up disappointing me. I ordered a venti iced caramel brulee lattee and a short peppermint mocha. The brulee drink was basically coffee with milk, whipped cream and topping, no flavor added. Peppermint mocha was just all mocha with barely any taste of peppermint.
