Disappointed with the lack of compliance for people with disabilities. No available elevator due to an event/wedding/party going on. Was literally told to walk back to my car and drive up, park on the other side as the elevator was not available and only reserved for people part of the event; no exceptions. I have been a loyal wine club member of Europa from the start when it was only C’est La Vie and am completely disgusted. I’m sure that this may not apply as there are alternatives but Non-ADA compliant businesses risk severe penalties. Federal law allows the government to impose fines of up to $75,000 for the first violation and $150,000 for each additional violation. Although it may not appear that my friend and I are disabled, as we are able to thankfully walk, with obvious visual impaired mobility, I am disappointed and feel discriminated against. It is a true hardship for both my friend and I to walk up and down stairs and or walk back several thousand feet to our car in triple digit weather because of this. The person telling us to drive back was rude and literally told us that we didn’t look disabled and I felt judged and felt mistreated and I felt that the employee thought that maybe we were just lazy because he asked us for some form of placard for our disability, where in, in fact both my friend and I have a permanent disability and proof there of with...

I love the new Vienza Marketplace and Winery. I just wanted to let you know that one of your staff personnel was totally rude. It was the gentlemen making pizza on Friday, but I did not get his name. I had been sitting outside waiting for my pizza and sandwich for a half hour with the buzzer they gave me. The buzzer never went off, so I went in to ask about my order. I was told the buzzer does not work all the time. He gave me the pizza, but not the sandwich. He asked me if I am sure I didn’t get my sandwich earlier. I said no and then he proceeds to get my sandwich. It is no way I would have gotten my sandwich before the pizza. I notice all the other customers got their order all together. I think that was very unprofessional of him to assume I was trying to get something for free. I am not a member at your winery, but all paying customers should be treated the same. I suggest you telling customers up front that the buzzers don’t work all the time and come into the market to check on your...
Read moreApparently there are signs that say you can't bring outside food. Went for the first time with family. We got sandwiches at a place down the road, but spent $58 on a bottle of wine, plus a glass of sangria, and some sort of ale that ended up being $15. I asked for the tiki ale that said $11 on the menu, but it was $15 when she poured it and charged me. It was also a half of a glass and some sort of seltzer. Not what I ordered. Despite spending about $100 on beverages, Morgan came over to our table to tell us that we couldn't eat our sandwiches, outsid, at a table on the grass. She said it's a health code violation. As a 25 year resident of Temecula, and having worked at 2 wineries, this is a blatant lie. This is just a money grab. We watched her go to other tables to tell people the same thing. Apparently there are signs, which none of us saw. We all agreed we'll never go back. What a horrible experience,. especially after charging so much for a bottle of wine that comes from...
