Another Wing — Restaurant in Tempe

I’ve ordered from here twice. The first time I ordered 20 wings and a couple of ranch. The wings came cold and falling out the box into the bag where both ranch also exploded all over the bag. Half of it was the drivers fault, thus they had their tip removed. The second order, I simply order 10 traditional bone-in wings and a couple ranch thinking there was no way they could mess this up… but BOY WAS I WRONG!! They sent me boneless wings which are cheaper, they also came feeling like they were grabbed out the fridge, and they still missed one of my ranch. The wings have a nice, crisp skin (seemed air fried, wihich is nice!), but they were not tossed at all, with all the sauce at the bottom of the container. This sauce (Buffalo) was tasty, but again, it wasn't on the wings — so that was a miss. The Truffle Parm fries, in the same vein, had relatively little flavor because the buttery coating they used had congealed at the bottom of the container, rather than sitting on the fries. They were nice to look at, with a beautiful amount of seasoning on top — but again, it was a miss because these fries were missing that buttery component that was clearly meant to be part of the experience. I ordered a 10 piece wing and Parmesan fries off Uber eats. The wings were below average they were missing the sauce and cooked weird. They were dark but not overly cooked. They were pretty basic or even low quality. They neglected to give me my Parmesan fries and gave me regular waffle fries which I didn’t end up eating. I would never go back there personally. I wish I would’ve read the reviews...
