I just LOVE how fresh my food is! Said no one ever about this location. I have managed BK before and this place is terrible there is no way managers are making their rounds and taking temps! I hope the GM reads this and makes change! We donāt have many locations nearby...this is so disappointing. Hire some people who CARE about their customers! I have given this place many chances but Iām done wasting money and time here
UPDATE: JUST WHEN YOU THINK ITS BEEN LONG ENOUGH AND YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE...DONT. Trust me itās worth driving further to the next location. I was pretty excited for the French toast breakfast sandwich they came out with. Breakfast was almost over so I tried this location...a little bit of a wait but that was okay no one else was in line so I figured my food would be fresh...one sandwich was half cold...so I gave it back (which they probably just threw back in the microwave) while I checked the other....which the egg did not look donāt and it looked like it got mauled by an animal...seriously. And remember Iāve worked at BK before so I know their eggs shouldnāt look like that. Tried to speak with the manager who was hiding behind the window trying to make the employee handle it. She finally came from behind and when I showed her she said thatās just how the sandwich comes and looked at me with a blank look. When I asked for a new one she just gave me a look like I was stupid and would not offer any help! Terrible service from a manager! Where is the customer service at? Iām yet again disappointed and have wasted my money.....where is the OM or someone that even cares? No ones contacted me on my experience so I guess they donāt.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would love to love this location because it is closest to me. However, hours the drive thru is open has been inconsistent in the past. Menu items have been inconsistent. The people that I have dealt with that work there during previous visits a while ago seem like drug addicts with missing teeth and just weird during interactions. I decided to try again to order the Addams family menu, albeit, unsuccessfully. BUTā¦ā¦the nail in the coffin for me now, is that the APP will only show Breakfast all day!! It says āBreakfast served until 5pmā in the app and other menu items are unavailable in the app. I work and I want to pre-order so I donāt have to deal with it at the drive thru on the way. When people that work there read the order I input in the app, it is usually made more accurately than when the some of employees input it. I have submitted feedback in the app but I get generic responses that do not address the issue. Other locations in the app show normal hours and normal orderingāit is just this weird location that is having issues. I want this business to stay and be successful because I love a flame broiled BK burger, but so many things are problematic here. I just donāt want to deal with it. This review is to help the business owner that may be unaware of the problems experienced by customers. Good luck! I may try one more time a month from now just to see if it is any different, but I have serious doubts about this place from past experiences, so it needs...

On here in the last 24 hours I posted that last night was my first time in this burger king and it was not a good visit and I was not going to go there any more but I decided very one deserve a second chance so this morning I called the burger king and told them about last night and a man by the name of Dustin aswered my call and he told me to come back in today and he would make thanks better so I went back and the place was clean and my food was fresh they put telling me how sorry they were for how I was treated last night and the customer service was real good and I did not wait long to be help they kept telling me sorry and I felt welcome as a good customer and not only did they replace my order they add a large drink in stead of a small and throw in a cookie to so I will go back to see them a again Dustin had to leave but because I saved my receipt the other manager made it right so a shout out to her and thanks to all the ones that was working there today I the all treated me good so I would say give this place a chance they are really trying to make this place better place to eat at and I will go back there again and again thanks for the respecting me as a customer and my bad review is deleted now thanks so much for change in my good experience ...
