08/26/2021 @ 19:23:23 - Sierra was the cashier, per the receipt. I drove through tonight at this location for spicy tiny tacos, a jr bacon cheeseburger and small fries. Not a hard order. Sierra got the spicy tiny tacos but then ask me to repeat my order. I did. She came back to the speaker to ask the third time for me to repeat my order, but this time clearly laughing at something happening around her. Confused, I asked strongly, what part of the order did you not get. Her response, "All of it". AGAIN I repeat my order. The order was on the screen about 3 seconds, so I didn't get to verify it. With one car ahead of me (one small bag handed out the window) and 5 minutes later, I get to the window. $9.38 was my total... for spicy tiny tacos and value menu burger and fries. Pay, get the food and drive away. In the parking lot, I see the tacos are regular and not spicy. No receipt to be found in or around my bag. Frustrated I go back to the drive through. Tell Seirra I needed a receipt for my transaction and that I had ordered spicy tiny tacos, not regular. She looks at my receipt (that she just printed) and said you ordered regular tiny tacos. I said, "No.... I ordered spicy but you weren't listening. You were laughing and playing while I was trying to place my order." She hands me the receipt and turns to the manager. No name was given so we'll call him red polo shirt. Red polo shirt then tells her he sees I ordered the regular tiny tacos, per my receipt. I intercepted and said, "No, I ordered spicy tiny tacos". He then told Sierra my order would be .51 cents more for spicy. Sierra turns to me to tell me she needs .51 more cents to fullfill my order. Are you F'ing kidding me. About 20 minutes have passed from start to at this point. My burger and fries were iced cold. I said fine, I'll give you .51 cents - knowing I was going to seriously complain to the 623 number posted for feedback. I gave her cash. She handed me my new bag of spicy tiny tacos and just looked at me. I looked at her. It was uncomfortable for all, I'm sure. She said is there something else I can help you with. I said, "Yes, I need a receipt for the cash I paid with." Red polo shirt comes back and very aggressively tells me I WILL NOT get a receipt for .51 cents. He said he will do the whole order again and provide a receipt for that adding it would take 3 to 5 business days to refund the money that I already paid. I told him, again, take the food back, void that transaction/sale and we'd call it good for the night. He refused. He said the ONLY thing he will do is redo the whole (3 items- $9.38 + .51 cents) and give a receipt then. Mind you, about 25 minuets have now passed. All food is cold. I told him, "Then we have a problem." He asked what problem. I told him I would NOT move from the window until A. I get a receipt for the cash I paid for my order or B. he would provide me a receipt for the voided/refunded transaction and take his cold nasty food back. We literally had a stare down for about 60 seconds. He was fuming. I don't care. He, are you ready for this?? threw my change into my truck and walked away. Red Polo shirt failed horribly on this one. So, this food went to my dogs. They enjoyed it. But there's more... So spicy tiny tacos are $3.50. Jr Bacon Cheeseburger is $1.49 and value fries (small) are $1.00. My order came to $9.38. They charged $2.59 for the burger and $3.09 for the small fries. The daytime manger will be called tomorrow. I've already done the survey. I will get a number to a corporate office and call them tomorrow. This is so far beyond unacceptable, it's...

I went to Jack in the box for lunch at about 1.00 on 5th March 18. I waited in line for the person or persons in at the cashier to finish ordering. But this kid did not know what he wanted and started searching for his free coupons. His buddy told him to hurry as other people were waiting but this kid brushed him off and was still looking for the coupon he wanted. He took some time after his friend prodded him on. At last he decided and moved on. I came up to the cashier and told him that if anybody was still not certain he should stand at the side and let the people who wanted to order carry on. This Cashier did not seem to understand simple English. He seemed confused at the simple English I spoke. I then talked to the other cashier at his side. But he too could not understand simple English. At that moment a young girl stepped in from the side window and who I thought I could get some service. I after waiting for her interruption of me and the cashiers said "Lady, could you take my order" Whereupon she jumped on me and said "My name is not lady my name is ......... Ae these employees trained in English and with some sense of ethics"? That lady didn't have the curtsy to realize that I had showed respect to her whereas she had no respect for me a 73 year old man. Should they be retrained or should they be fired?

Read moreI usually need sustenance early in the morning. I don't like breakfast food. So Jack in the Box who serves burgers at all hours seems like a great place. I can't speak for all JITBs, but the food served through drive through here is subpar. I'm judging this based on the last six times I've gotten drive through here between the hours of 5-8 am. The vegetables like lettuce and tomato seem good, so at least that's a bonus. The buns however are always halfway stale. Like not fully rock hard, but when you bite into them they crunch on the edges. I find this weird, because I assume they'd be in plastic wrapping until used. These feel like they've been sitting on the counter for an hour. The worst is the actual meat patties. When I was in high school I worked at a fast food restaurant, and I can tell the difference between a patty that's been freshly grilled and a patty that's been either sitting in a heated dry pan or a water pan. The patties I receive in the early morning feel and taste like a vampire has sucked all the water out of the patty and they look that way too. I get the fact employees want to get the food out to the customers as soon as possible, so prepping food beforehand is normal. But this is like at 6 am. They get like 3 customers every half hour at that time. Just cook to order and give me meat that tastes like it hasn't been...
