Carb heaven for cheap. Decided to try for small plates of flavor town for the price of one steak dinner. $28 covered these 4 plates and 2 drinks. Place is set up as a fast food restaurant, chipotle style -almost, but without seeing the food. So more like a...PeiWei on a carb overdose. The flavors were decent for what you are paying, don't expect a Michelin star cohesive sauce if you are paying a single digit number for the plate. No, you a are paying an expedited order of some neatly prepared-and-ready pasta and sauce combo. Seating was clean and concise. One thing I really liked is that they had a Coca-Cola Machine, the type that has close to 1,000+ flavors. Huge boost of sales, in particular because you can have your own tasting station, different flavor syrups for different flavor sauces. Tik for tak if you will. My favorite being the Grape Zero Sprite. My favorite pasta has to be the pesto, the delicious sauce and the noddle, which was the iron spiral cut that carries extra texture and extra sauce with every bit, created a 10/10 meal. From Left to Right Zucchini Noddle Pad Thai, Buttered Noodle, Pesto Cavatappi, and Buffalo Chicken Mac.

Have tried in the past and liked better but have always felt a little pricey for a fast food bowl of noodles with a little bit of stuff mixed in. Today the taste wasn't even great. My daughter and I both got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. The chicken was fairly good and the couple bites with buffalo sauce and other toppings were pretty good but almost no sauce at all. It was like eating a bowl of plain noodles almost. It seemed they put a tiny bit of shredded cheese on top and some pasta water and expected that to them into mac and cheese. Not ooey or gooey and mostly just mac. My husband got the pad Thai with tofu and said it was OK but wasn't thrilled. I tasted it and it was pretty sweet, not something I would order. Got a big rice Krispy treat for later as those are always good there. Also all food was served in to go containers and a brown paper bag even though we were eating in. Kinda strange. $34 for 3 regular bowls, no drinks, & one crispy treat. Not a great deal in my opinion, especially when food is not on point.

I’ve been wanting to eat at Noodles & Company for a while and decided to give it a try after flipping through the app to see their menu. The food is great, not bland nor too salty (for someone who has heavier taste). The portion is just about right as well, though I didn’t come too hungry as a big guy. The service here is really bad, even the Wi-Fi, so I was not able to get the free entree for signing up in app, but the nice cashier was able to give me $2 off coupon. This restaurant gives me the impression that it’s a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, because it costs +$4-4.25 for protein on top of $7 noodle bowl, and they were out of Panko/Japanese Fried chicken. I got the regular Japanese noodle (Udon) and it came out to be around $10. I wasn’t able to give this place a 5-star review, because the lady with dyed hair was not very polite.

What was the point in even offering me a position there? I interviewed back in late October for a position at this location and James (the GM) offered me a position. I was thrilled as I was on the hunt for a 2nd job for additional income that worked with my schedule, so it was a perfect fit. At the end of the interview James said I'd be getting an email and call within the next couple days for the onboarding. I waited, a week goes by so I reach out, james says it would come shortly. Over the course of the last month and a half I have called countless times, talked to Julia more time times than I can count. James has said numerous times that he'd call me back and never once has. One of the few times I got ahold of James (extremely rare occasion) he said that their system was having an issue sending out the onboarding, which was weeks ago and after weeks of waiting. Since then getting ahold of James has been impossible.

When I was informed that James was filling in at the San Tan location I reached out there, to which Lisa was both unhelpful and borderline rude. I even filed feedback to Noodles and Co. corporate, which both times said someone would reach out (which no one did).

Julia at this location was a sweetheart and I felt bad she had to take so many of my calls over the last month and a half. But honestly, I give up. I'd love to work there, but I've pulled enough teeth trying to get the ball rolling. I give up. I just dont see wth the point was in offering me a position if James knew thered be no follow through.

I guess I'm the ass end of a bad joke. Disappointing to say the least. All it did was waste my time. This review will probably even fall on deaf ears too. This isnt even the appropriate place to leave this review, but I've tried literally everything to hold onto the idea I'd be starting this job, including waiting a month an a half for the slightest sign of hope....

Place is filthy. Super loud inside. Took over half an hour to get 2 small bowls. They said they were only doing to-go orders a whole hour before they were closing. Girl asked for a name when we ordered and then staff let our food sit out and anyone else waiting just...wait. No one called out orders, so customers had no idea when their food was ready. You only get your food if you get sick of waiting, finally check with them and...they've had it ready for who knows long. Saw this happen to like 4 different customers while we waited. Food and presentation was actually good but...$28 for 2 smalls? Seriously? Never again lol. That's insane. Some of the most pathetic service I've ever had. Female staff member just came onto the floor to yell at people (still couldn't hear her until I did her job and walked over to where she was doing nothing at all but yelling) that they're only doing togo orders (but you can still sit inside. Did their dishwasher break?). Like, just walk over and tell me that lol. Do your job. You're literally wasting your own time by standing there yelling at people who can't hear you. You're already on the floor. Just walk over? I had no idea someone was even talking to me for a bit because I wasn't even facing the direction she was yelling from. Ridiculous. Gen Z has no idea how to interact with people. Also, they didn't even give us silverware for our togo order. Should we eat with our hands? Went back for it but wow lol what a joke. There were like 6 people in there and 2 were already eating. Were they overwhelmed by delivery pickup orders? If so, shut that down until you have time to take more. That's what every restaurant I've ever worked for did once delivery...

I’m sad to say that this entire experience was a let down from ordering to the taste of the food. I had seen that zucchini bowls were discounted so I decided to try one. I expected it to be about $6 after the discount, but that was not the case. I didn’t realize that there was a separate charge for chicken and that the price shown for the zucchini bowl wouldnt include that. I was frustrated but wanted to try one of these entrees so I went ahead and ordered. I walked into the store and sat in the designated pick up area. There were three employees and no one ever acknowledged me. It was only when I came up to the counter that someone said anything to me. It wasn’t extremely busy and I was there for quite a bit so I’m unsure why I was ignored.

After I finally got my food and went home I was disgusted with the teeny tiny amount of chicken that I paid almost $4 extra for. I know everything is extremely expensive right now but I expected more than tiny pieces of chicken that I had to dig to find. The bowl I had was the zucchini pesto bowl and I have to say it didn’t taste like pesto at all. It was also very watery (which I could somewhat understand because of the zucchini) but I would have thought that the food I had was made at someone’s house. This wasn’t restaurant quality food. Sadly, this trip was wasted money and I ended up throwing most of it in the trash because it was inedible. I’ve had great experiences with this company in the past and am saddened that this experience was so...
