Customer service is absolutely horrible. My family and I walked in 03/28/2019 @9:45 pm. There were 2 other people in the restaurant and it took a good 30 minutes for us to sit down and enjoy our food. The young man taking our order messed up and didn’t put down a whopper and large fry however I clearly heard my brother ask for it as I was standing right next to him. Then we realized that our fries were messed up. In total we ordered 4 large fries and 1 small. We got 2 small fries and 1 large fry. My brother took it back to get the order correct. He came back with 2 large fries and 2 small fries. Still not correct! So I take it up to the counter and politely ask for my order to be corrected. The lady working there, which I’m assuming is the ast. Manager due to how she was dressed, had a complete attitude towards me. She sighed constantly and rudely asked a worker in the back for more fries, threw the fries in a holder not caring how little we got, then hovered it over my tray asking in a very rude manner “Are you sure this is your order?”. Yes. Yes it is. I wouldn’t cause such a fuss if I looked at my 2 copies of my receipt and it was right. I asked if she wanted to take the other small fry back since we didn’t pay for it. Her response was, “No. What are we supposed to do with it?”. At this moment I was about to get a refund and go somewhere else. YOU messed up MY order MULTIPLE times and you’re going to give me attitude all throughout the process of me trying to get it right and when I ask if they want to take the fry that we didn’t pay for, you’re going to give me extreme sass and give me a stink eye? 10/10 would not recommend to anyone. I get it. It’s late and you want to go home. But at the end of the day, you still have customers to serve and please. I definitely wasn’t pleased at all. It’s not my fault that you couldn’t get good enough of a job so you had to work in fast food....
Read moreFirst off, I was not able to place a survey on their website because it requires you to put a survey code located at the bottom of my receipt which was not at the bottom of my receipt. The tuck in front of us who was at the time, the first and only vehicle in the drive through. We already had our window down so we could hear that no one had talked to them at all for 8 minutes. After that 8 minutes that person was finally asked for their order in a dry tone. We go up and it takes another 5 minutes before we were asked for our order that again was in a tone that was slow and seemed like we were inconveniencing her. After ordering only one thing we immediately got a “that’s it?” And we said “no one more thing” and her response was “k then say your one more thing” we then pull up behind the truck again who was still waiting to pay. 3 minutes later that person paid then pulled forward and when we pulled up the person in the window didn’t even acknowledge us and just stood there. We were not told hi or any politeness at all. We were just told our total, Handed our money, then the window closed without another word. By the time we make it to the pick up window we have now waited over 25 minutes. This would be understandable if there was only two people working. But there was at least 5 people that we could see and all moving so slow they were like the sloths at the dmv in Zootopia. One of them had their mask on their chin, another was touching her hair then touching food another was touching food without any gloves. At this window we were not spoken to at all, just handed our food and door closed again. We got in line at 7pm. Not super late. Not a crazy dinner rush. Just people who did not care about safety, courtesy, efficiency, or the lowest level of human decency. After all that... the food...
Read moreI went to this Burger King on Feb 8, 2025 at approximately 12:15pm to order food for my daughters and myself. I ordered cheese burger kids meals for my girls and a Whopper with cheese combo for myself. I just happen to look in the window were our food was prepared and see a woman handing the meat for my daughters with the hand with no glove on it. I brought attention to it to the cashier and asked to have the burgers remade. The woman who was making the food with no glove finished making the burgers and put them in the queue to be given to my kids before moving so someone else could make the burgers. As she walked away she yelled out, “I don’t know why he’s looking back here anyway.” I responded “because you’re making food without a glove.” She responded again but I couldn’t make out what she said. I got the burgers remade for my kids. I later learned she was the store manager. I also learned from a regular customer eats there that this manager typically doesn’t follow safe food handling procedures and makes loud inappropriate comments to customers often. He also commented “I knew exactly who it was when I heard her talk. She does that same stuff all the time.” I don’t know how long she made burgers that way before I arrived.
