Dunkin' — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

I went to the drive-thru asked if they had chocolate chip ice creams the manager said yes, got our drinks and she gave us chocolate milkshakes and we said that's not right we want it chocolate chip milkshakes they came back and gave us chocolate chip cookie dough I went inside and say hey this is still wrong this is chocolate chip cookie dough we want it chocolate chip milkshake and she got an attitude and said your wife needs to know what she wants because now I got to pay for these four drinks and I said that's not my fault you got my order wrong two times made it the third time there was more milk and ice than ice cream so not really enjoyable my large cup wasn't even filled, it was filled like 80% with liquid and the rest with whipped cream had to throw it out im never coming back here again franchise owners need a check on their staff and see if they are producing accurate orders because this is ridiculous your guys's food costs will be high if they are not listening to their customers and getting the order right the first time will be contacting corporate due to...

Yes 👍 it's been a honor to be in a wonderful atmosphere with great southern hospitality & to be remembered to be treated with great healthy morals. The work I do is contribute to help the local community doing outreach family community services & to be able to get my work done knowing that my tasks consist of much attention too & to be able to go to a local place that's home to me is such a great healthy outlet. I have been treated with much harmony, patience & courtesy from a lot of Funkin dougnuts workers like ”James a.k.a. J & Liz” & to other names I forgot to remember but once I get them I'll definitely look forward to even write such a beautiful testimony of how else the even treated me to. The WORST Dunkin' in the area. this store is the closest to my job and I rather drive out of my way than to stop here. I made the mistake of stopping there today. Waited in the drive through for 45 minutes for an iced coffee. The rude male server didn't take down my order. (which I should on known since he never confirmed my total) Hands me hot coffee and once I inform this is not what I ordered. He still proceeds to swipe my card. I literally after wasting almost an hour had to tell to hand me my card and I left with nothing. Honestly, the same thing happen the other 2 times I made a mistake and headed to this one.
