So I am changing my review for this because they have treated me so bad in the last month especially the manager Chris at Busch Boulevard no one told me that the doors to get in from 10 to 10:00 were broken the only time I'm allowed to get in is from 10 to 6:00 when the manager is there I work from 10 to 6:00 and my only day off is the day that he is off I cannot get in the storage I have complained about five times Chris offered me which is the bill with the late fee they have been giving me the run-around for a whole month I just got this storage and no one refuses to help me contacted the manager contact the corporate office none of them have done anything to help me out in this situation nor will they honor the discount which the manager Chris told me he was going to give me for my for the fifth time in the sixth time to get this resolved and no one still has gotten them back in touch with me I should have went with U-Haul like U-Haul told me to and not went with these cheap aristocratic stupid now I can't return my boxes my cable boxes to Spectrum and they're charging me $2,000 because these people refuse to fix the door it's taken over 6 weeks to fix the door so that I can get in after work till 10:00 this is an extreme inconvenience to me and I hope that they haven't treated any other customers in this form of fashion no one contacts me from their main office I know that they've seen my letters and my notes I talked to over six people and they all keep tellingnot to mention that the elevator was broke too for almost a month and they just recently fixed that I don't know what is taking so long Chris told me that they had to get the parts mailed in I don't know how that is I just know that because of their inconvenience I can't get in my storage I'm being charged $2,000 by spectrum because I can't turn in my cable boxes because prime storage and Crystal manager at the bush store failed to comply or call me back they got the worst customer service of storage I have ever seen like they don't care they just want my money like I said I had to pay my storage and the late fee and they still giving me a run around so I recommend don't use this storage go to U-Haul because you have better customer service and they take care of their customers and don't make you 6 weeks to get a reply and still have you sitting and waiting...
Read moreNothing but issues since this became Prime Storage! We’ve had a storage unit for years with no problems at all. When the new building was done, we moved over there - still with no issues. The name changed, and for whatever reason, the problems started. We now live an hour away from the storage unit and drove over once to a sign that said the power was out and we couldn’t access the building. Went to the office to find out since we were on the first floor, access was fine. Next time we drove out, on a Sunday, to find out the door to the building was broken and we’d have to come back during business hours for access. First, there was absolutely NO communication about not being able to get into your storage unit either of these times. A simple email would’ve prevented us from wasting our time and gas. Second, business hours are 10-6 M-F and 10-4 on Saturday. We work full-time, so the week is shot and we travel most weekends. If access is from 6am - 10pm, then you need to staff your facility during those hours until your issues are fixed. My husband was finally able to find time in his schedule to be there at 10, door is still broken (shocker!) and office staff didn’t bother to show up at that time, so he had to wait for someone to arrive about 10 minutes late to open the office. Don’t let the pretty facade fool you - put your stuff somewhere else if you ever want...
Read moreNow let me tell you about my adventure at Prime Storage. I walked in there nervous talkin a mile a minute about my nonprofit and how we needed space for baby shower bags and donations. Tanae sat there cool as can be nodding like Go ahead let it out. She listened to every word of my nervous chatter like she had front-row tickets to the show.
Meanwhile JR…That man was in the zone, typing at his desk like he was cracking the Da Vinci Code. Didn’t look up, didn’t flinch just making sure business was handled.
And guess what? We walked out with a 10x20 unit with a loading dock! No forklift yet, but that’s alright. We grassroots baby. If we gotta lift drag push and pull with the strength of ten volunteers then that’s exactly what we’re gonna do. This is the start of something special. Our nonprofit finally has a home for donations and I can’t wait to see how far we go from here. I’m so excited I feel like passing out baby shower gift bags in the parking lot just...
