Salem's Fresh Eats — Restaurant in Temple Terrace

My experience here has always been a great experience🙂 food is right on the money! Unfortunately i was treated with rude service. I walked inn the door and young Hindu man looked at me and turned the other way Like if he didnt want to serve me.😬 Then white couple that came inn after me was immediately served by him.😵 To make things wrose after he took there order he left me there at the counter and walked away.😖 So finally a young lady saw me came took my order.😉 So i sat down and waited for my order🙂 I hear my named called so i go to get my food and the cashier and Asian lady just looks at me look at each other and laughed they ignored me so i sat back down,😑 as soon as i sat down Asian lady just looks at me and puts my order on counter top and walks away doesn't even call my name These 3 workers should not be working with people if there easily offended by ones color of skin and they will be your down fall if it continues. Discrimination is very serious And this issue needs to be addressed! And these workers need to be (Retrained) Thank You Other then that food is great service needs...

I’ve been coming to this location since it first opened, the food was always fresh and never had any problems til tonight I ordered my usual fried shrimp and fries. I get all the way home and half way into eating my shrimp I had to pull a long straight black hair out of my mouth. I was disgusted. I turn my light on and discover a second piece of long black hair sitting on top of the shrimp. I immediately gagged since I already started eating. I called and of course they made me drive all the way back up there in order to get a refund. I asked who is back there with no hair net that has my food full of hair. Maria H. said that she was the only female there and there were only males in the kitchen. Maria H is the only one who I saw had long black hair that matched what was all over my food. I got my refund but that’s not enough for me I basically just ate a plate full of hair and got no apology everybody just look like they didn’t know what’s going on. So I will be calling code enforcement in the morning maybe then you’ll require hair nets for all...

I'm not able to give a review of the service or the atmosphere, I just had door dash delivered, and then I received a hamburger from there, but I had called to ask if they were going to be serving real 100% pure Beef stake burgers and she said yes it is and then I asked her if I could get it a little rare, she said no problem I explained that I was placing an order in my name and if she could do that for me?!?! Well it arrives cold and looks just like a non stake burger and it was just a fake one like the rest of the fast food places, I don't eat at those places for a long time and I just wanted a good real hamburger for a treat to make me happy and feel better..so I will and can say that it's just another crappie fast food joint that is a waste of time and money...I even asked her what kind of food she had and she was just like yeah we are really good home cooked food????? Not..........so just drive or know that it's a real restaurant for good real food for your...
