Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Temple

Ordered the pretzel crust pizza . I get it everytime you have it . The reason is because of the cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce . ( I'm allergic to the pizza sauce ) I walked in and ordered my pizza . I waited about 15 minutes which I didn't mind ,but it was so hot in the store . Got home after a really bad day at work , in a wreck on the way home (on 35) Got my pizza , went home looking forward to my pizza . Number one when I opened it , it looked overbooked. Ok , took one bite & thought this doesn't taste right . Took another bite & realized it had pizza sauce on it . People make mistakes . The girl I talked to really didn't care as I explained the situation. She was talking about a new policy . " you get the cheese sauce when you order on line ( I don't do on line anything ) if you come into the store you get pizza sauce ." I asked for a refund . She wouldn't take my name. Said I would have to bring the pizza back for a refund . I hung up . Thought about it & called back . I asked to speak to the manager, she said " I am the manager " I started to explain that I just called & she hung up on me . So I called back . This time a guy answered . I asked if he was the one taking orders . He said yes. Again I explained , he starts by saying you have to ask for the cheese sauce . Never had to do that before . Really bad service . Really bad pizza . Really bad customer service. Horrible manager . I was just in there last week , ordered without all of the issues . Pizza was good . Too bad thereis no concern for doing good on your job . You should have them attend a class on proper work ethics & customer service . NEVER , will I ever order another pizza from you. 8-25-21 I ordered the normal pizza that I order all the time. It's the Moistest sausage. When I went in to get it it was supposed to be ready at 6 and it was like 6:05 p.m. It was not in the portal for me to pick it up. So I asked the young boy how much longer he went back in the kitchen and check and it couldn't find it came up and they were looking all around and the woman which I assume maybe was the manager said oh here it is down here. Well down here meant under the warmer. She put it up in the warmer and I put it in my code and I took it out. This is the worst pizza I've ever had. It was barely warm probably because it was not in the portal and it was so dry. I buy this same pizza a lot and this was by far the worst one I've ever had. I guess it really depends on who's working because I didn't recognize any of them tonight. I think they brought it up Front, forgot to put it in the warmer, and that's why they couldn't find it. I should have taken it back but I did not want to run all the way back into town. So beware. When I was inside waiting a lady brought in 2 pizzas that must have been made wrong and she set them down on the counter. She apparently had already called because the woman that I assumed was the manager brought her out to new ones.I can't give them any more than one star.

So I just came from there not even 10mins ago. I went there wanting the thin crust pizza as I am eating by myself. Well this is the 2nd time they don't have any ready. Last time I was told by a manager that they don't start making them till 4pm. This time there were none ready and it would of been a 45min wait. So I went with what they had left which was a extra most best, in which yea it is ahy on pepperoni and does not look at all extra most bestest. Something needs to be done about not having much of anything ready as in the ads it is called Hot n Ready.
