Two of the employees acted very unprofessional at this particular establishment this morning for breakfast at 10:30 am when my boyfriend and I went there. I can’t eat chicken so I just get a breakfast item with just the egg and cheese on it while my boyfriend gets his food. Basically my egg and cheese bagel came out with chicken so I returned it asking for a new one, not bothered at all with having to do this. However my problem came when after this the bagel came out again with chicken. I heard the employee named Ashely that was working at this time ask a lady working with the food, if it was without chicken, and the lady whose name tag I could not see from in the kitchen replied “no it’s with chicken” I then watched the employee named Ashley hand it back to the lady whom I watched just take off the chicken and hand it back to Ashely. Eating meat makes me really sick and so I said excuse me but i saw her just take the chicken off and I really can’t eat anything with traces of it even because it makes me really sick...Ashely just replied “ no ma’am she didn’t” handed it to me and walked away....Needles to say I am absolutely ashamed at these two employees! I didn’t even know how to respond. I have never ever received such poor service. Please be very aware going to this restaurant if you have any allergies or food restrictions to double check and...
Read moreThis local location and a few others are still owed by Mr. Steve Joy, an old friend to my grandparents and a all around exceptionally good man! I was raised on Chick-fil-A and if you are what you eat I'm probably 1/5 Chick-fil-A! They are one of the healthiest options out there for the same price, best service and phenomenal atmosphere! I really like that they are a Private company that is Christian Based and Veteran Owed. I go here so often that some of the staff knows me and my dog by name (she rides with me). I can get enough food to satisfy both her and I for under 30$ often with a sandwich to spare for a friend! They use peanut oil to fry their food, witch is one of the healthiest options out there. My second job I had was actually working for A Steve Joy owed Chick-fil-A in the Temple Mall. And to this day when anyone says thank you every single employee say "My Pleasure" every single time. You can see how hard his employees work going through the drive through, there is a small army of people performing different tasks, as fast as they can and they all do it in perfect harmony with exceptional service to everyone. That's a sign of Dang Good Management, hands down. Just about the only place I still eat at that's considered "fast food". I would recommend it...
Read moreWe have been going to this location for just over a year because it is so close to our apartment. This is THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. That is not an opinion based off one or two visits; it’s based off of several visits. I have been in the morning, lunch-time, afternoon and night, and I have been every day of the week, again, because of the convenience factor. The ONLY thing that this place can do consistently is mess up. The fries are always either stale or undercooked. They have forgotten items. Put the wrong items in the bag. Multiple times drink cups are given to customers with their sides soaked in drinks. Getting regular sandwiches, even though we paid for spicy or deluxe sandwiches. Chicken nuggets have been given to us as small, hard, inedible pucks. They always miss something on our order. They charge out the you-know-what to have lettuce and tomatoes added to a sandwich. If I order a “spicy sandwich with a large fry and large drink” they ring it up as individual items unless I specifically say combo or meal. We have gotten cold food. Tonight, we waited 15 minutes for food and they still forgot something.
If upper management is reading this, something has to change. This one location is ruining the image the...
