Mattress Firm 31st Street — Hotel in Temple

I came looking for a new mattress for school. I am moving to a new city, so we were hoping to buy a mattress at this location and have it delivered by another branch closer to where I am moving.

I am so pleased with the help provided by Amber at this location. When we arrived, we were looking at a set of mattresses and honestly had very little clue of what exactly we were looking for.

However, Amber made this process incredibly painless, and I am so pleased with the purchase!! She was attentive in listening to our wishes and budget, and was able to provide her professional recommendations on mattresses, as I have pretty severe shoulder problems that significantly impact my sleep. She recommended a specific mattress that would limit the pain that I experience from sleeping, and provide the right amount of alignment for me.

I feel that I received a great deal for the product. I also feel that I made an educated decision on this purchase with the help of Amber and her professional opinion. She was attentive, low-pressure, and very friendly.

I really needed a new mattress set badly, and so my Dad and I went here, and we were immediately greeted by a friendly voice who was Robert the manager. He asked us what he could help us with, and then directed us to some sample mattresses that I could lie down on and try out. He asked me my sleep positions/preferences, and found 3 mattresses that may fit me personally. Turns out the first one he chose was the best one for me! He said it was a match to help with my health issues as well. Robert was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He really knows his stuff! Our search for a mattress ended at Mattress Firm, Temple ,Tx with the superb help of salesman, Noah. His knowledge of all the products was very helpful in my process of eliminating different brands of mattresses. His patience to listen to all my reasons why I didn’t want a particular mattress was exceptional. He suggested to go to another Mattress Firm store to try out the brand I was wanting, (They didn’t have one at the moment) All of this was done on the phone.
