We frequent this establishment because there arenât very many in town and my kids like the corn dogs and nuggets. On four separate occasions we have been shorted nuggets, usually when we order the 20 piece and tonight when I ordered a 10 piece. I finally called and voiced my concerns that I had been shorted and Elaine repeatedly told me that âhonestly, this happens all the time and itâs not a big deal.â She offered for me to come back tomorrow when sheâs working and order another 10 piece nugget that she could add the three missing nuggets to. So....... I have to order and pay for more food in order to get what I already paid for? SERIOUSLY? Now, I donât know about you, but when I pay for food I want all of what I paid for. I wouldnât be writing this review except that Elaine had horrible customer service and must not like her job, or at least not her customers. She made sure to tell me that she would call the manager as soon as she got off the phone with me and explain her version of the phone call and what she offered and what I said in response. So, I then asked when I could speak to this manager because I was clearly speaking to the wrong person. Elaine is single-handedly losing a customer for this business. And if my review has any effect Iâm sure there will be more loss. If you order food, check that itâs all the there. And if this was not enough of a problem to deter you, then enjoy sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes behind someone while they wait for their food to be cooked. This being said as a worker I understand that it suchs staying what you think is late! Speaking from a position of experience and being in that line of work when I was younger we always closed the doors at closing time exactly or 5 minutes after never even a minute before or we would be fired. Thatâs the problem with this society now everyone wants to cut corners and no regard for customer service but want to be paid and TIPPED like there going above and beyond. Every owner I met when I was in this industry would have fired me if I closed the doors even a minute early and lost busy. I realize there is a point to everything but you should expect to stay until 9 if you close at 8. The reason for this rant is because I called almost 20 mins before close tonight and the phone was off the hook and drove by 10 mins before close and everything was shut down with cars in the parking lot.    Read moreI've always had good food here at Eagans.. Yes the wait can be longer than expected because of the people calling in orders ahead of you, esp with Covid or lunch/dinner rush. This is not heat lamp food, its made fresh when you order it. I'll admit I've waited longer than I've wanted, but if you are in a hurry, call ahead with your order or go to a fast food chain place..Your burgers are waiting for you on a metal heated shelf under a light bulb! These burgers are not your run of the mill fast food.. These are tasty & of good quality. You wont find a dollar menu here. The Big Tom burger is always my go to.. Get the goop for your fries. Milkshakes are very pricey unfortunately, so that keeps me from ordering them. I appreciate the staff, it's never an easy job to please a big fast food customer base..people have great days, & off days..I just got the Big Tom basket today, and am pleased again.
