Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Tennessee

So I usually like to give really good reviews, but I came to this Baskin-Robbins I’ve never had the app. I’ve always paid never really thought about getting an app even though I have it for several different other restaurants but for some reason, apparently they’re all on by different franchises so they don’t take the free scoop that you get when you sign up for the app but they take the birthday scoop and they weren’t really nice about it. I called The one that’s Parkside and they weren’t even kind about either which I’m gonna leave a review there because I just called to ask and say so is that like a thing and he was like yeah we don’t take it either so what’s the point of even having the app like I get that different franchise people own them but why even having an app, you might as well say I just don’t participate in the app because I don’t see how you take one free scoop you don’t take the other one so It’s beyond me. It was horrible customer service. She wasn’t nice at all. She didn’t say oh well you know try to give me another option or maybe you can look and see if you have another coupon. She was just like yeah we don’t take that and it’s not the first time I’ve not had the greatest service here either. They’re not very kind they’re very young and some of them are just very rude . Yesterday on Thursday, June 13 2024 I went to Baskin-Robbin’s on Clinton Hwy in Powell, TN I went there to buy an ice cream cone I ask for mint chocolate chip ice cream and Oreo cookies and cream ice cream I asked 1 scoop of each flavor and the employee scoop me an ice cream cone and the employee handed me the ice cream cone and ask him can you scoop one more scoop for each flavor and say huh feels so confused and I later handed him my ice cream cone but other FEMA employee said we can’t take it back and I later asked the employee may I have another scoop and she said no we don’t do for scoop and have a nice night and I was extremely rude of the female employee to treat me like that Baskin Robbins ice cream might not come back here to buy an ice cream cone ice cream to fill...

I think it is stupid for them to even stay open if they can't make shakes or blasts. They only do scoops after 10. Not to mention the guy acted like we were stupid to ask for a shake when we went in. If I could put 0 stars that's all they would get. The people that work at the one in Oak Ridge are so much nicer. 3 other people came in wanting shakes while I was in the store so I k ow they would have enough business to make shakes. I just think it is stupid to not make shakes after 10. I can go In a grocery store and buy a box of ice cream but not shakes.... That's why we went there. So I guess we will continue to go to sonic and SHAKES...
