Rude to my husband and I, after the Order Taker, got my order completely wrong. Instead of rectifying it and making it right she was rude and condescending and blame us for it being wrong. Thank goodness my call was recorded, but that's fine.I patronize this location alot and tip very well. My husband is retired military and we are good people with good morales and integrity. It's sad how people treat you who obviously are not, with the uppity sense of superiority. Smh. But that's fine. We will not return.
Update after Business commented: No, my husband was respectable, because that's the type of man he is. You were expecting him to come up there to make a scene after she told us on the phone it was "our fault the order was wrong, because I wasn't clear enough when I ordered. Then stated I couldn't return the $5 asparagus that I never asked for that was already added to my plate, and just pay for another chicken Philly because you already closed out my ticket. Or any remedy for the mixup. Instead, I was told No, I had to keep my food, and still pay for another meal because it was our fault it was wrong. Like I said, he would've had a reason to be mad when returning for our food, but he wouldn't give you that satisfaction . We know how to act in public ma'am. You were wrong, there was No apology given over the phone, and it was late and he still needed to eat. He's a diabetic who just got off and just wanted to eat! In my call, I placed the order for 2 Philly Chicken Sandwiches and Spinach dip. I clearly said 2 because I told her my HUSBAND and I do not eat fries and asked could we substitute? She gave us options and I said I will substitute the fries for 2 asparagus instead. Maybe she was busy or it was noisy but I clearly said 2. It's in the call I recorded so I wouldn't have a reason to lie. And she Did NOT read back my order, otherwise I wouldve made sure she had it right lol. From the beginning the waitress was very passive aggressive, and had a demeanor as if she didnāt even want to be at work yet alone serve us. Our drinks were running low and she proceeded to only refill one cup out of three. She took my cup to refill including the straw⦠I asked her if I could have a new one and she asked me why I needed a new straw. I explained that Iād just like a new one for sanitary precautions, which she had a hard time understanding.
