Food poisoning MAIN lady of Sonic calling saying they'd checked Smyrna TN one my bff and I went too..Not the one on Sam Ridley near Eon Springs road...the other one...I've ALWAYS loved Sonic and would NEVER either of us Expect Anything Free but we both were SO SO sick the next day early morning...we weren't in anyway sick ..both felt great until helping me move to condo we stopped each getting a hamburger they were out of Patty Melts. .going to get furniture the next morning my stomach kept cramping and my bff who NEVER ever throws up having to pull off interstate..she said OMG and I was like I'm pretty sure WE got food poisoning last night...it was SO OBVIOUS but Reporting just to let them KNOW they could have gotten bad meat trying to help warn..the young lady was very very sweet and passed along message to the Corp Woman who handles these matters . That she was RUDE from BEGINNING and I let her know .lady I called to help but you know what because of YOUR attitude we got Sicker than s....t how about you fly down and eat one....she tried telling UD that she had called That Sonic and they had told her they'd cooked over eight thousand hamburgers that day and asked can I send you a Coupon for your next visit .I've NEVER been a rude person to Servers anyone who deals with the Public .such hard work..but this Corp. woman NOT lady Soo rude Non caring and LIED about the right thousand hamburgers! On a Tues right thousand people would have NEVER found that Sonic! I still don't blame the employees but that Witch...as a joke we told her yes we wanted the Coupons and she NEVER ever sent them ..I wouldn't have donated to the Homeless as I do Alot if we'd gotten them...Caring Woman Executive over Customers having Food Poisoning.... Read moreIm sharing this just in the hope someone higher up will see it. I know there have been some supply issues with some products, so as frustrating as that is, that isnt what this is about. I came at 1115 on saturday night. It was late, but my wife really wanted a cookie doigh blast. We were in line for 20 mins bwfore we got to the front of the drive thru to the ordering box.... noone answered i waited about 10 mins, calling out a few different times to the box to see if they were there, if they could hear me, if they were still taking orders. Noone answered. Eventually i drove around to the pickup window. After that car left i came up, and i informed then i had been waiting over 10 mins at the speaker and think it may jave gone out. I was informed very rudely that they stopped taking orders and then had the window shut in my face.... Im not even mad if they dont take orders in the last 30 mins. I loterally just got my first longtime permanent job not in the food industry in 6 years...but this is not a way to run customer service. Nor have i ever in fast food service when i was younger not either put a sign out or kept my headset on to make sure people didnt wait for so long .. please just either out out a sign saying you dont take orders in the last 30 or just make sure your associates keep a headset on. The wait and subsequent rude attitude towards me and my wife , who had waited over 30 mins total just to find out a business wasnt taking anymore orders while still withon the listed business hours was just unexpected and kind of a shock as sonic has been one of the few places I had not had a negative...
Read moreLet me start off by saying that English isn’t my husbands first language. He has a thick accent but speaks fluently with proper pronunciation. They were so hateful and rude to him on the speaker last night claiming they couldn’t understand him over and over when he ordered tots…. Anyways. He got me a foot long chili cheese coney (which somehow they understood perfectly) and it was slopped together so awfully to the point it was almost inedible. I wish more than anything I hadn’t tasted it, because I ended up getting violently ill this morning. The carhop brought out a large coke when he had ordered an ocean water, and when he told her she refused to fix it and told him he would have to re-order through the speaker and be charged again!! His supersonic double cheeseburger was also slopped together and he got sick too… we honestly believe they did something to our food because of his race and how awfully they treated him. He stayed calm and polite throughout the entire encounter. I don’t understand why anyone would act like this to paying customers. Take a look at the photo of my coney. The chili was filled with hard gristle pieces and had to be thrown away after the first bite along with the burger as well!!
