Krystal — Restaurant in Smyrna

They don't deserve any stars after my experience this evening. On the night of 3/28/21, Sunday night, we arrived at the krystals drive thru. One car ahead of us at the com. Two cars waiting at window. When we pulled up to the com, a lady asked us to hold for a moment. Another car pulled up behind us as we waited. After 10 minutes of nothing, we had called for assistance several times, the car behind us left. No food. We asked for someone to respond again.. nothing. After 5 more minutes we left. Thinking we were clever.. we pulled back in and drove back to the com. No cars, just us. Lobby closed. The lady answered again and asked us to wait a moment. After 5 more minutes of waiting we once again requested for some one to respond, no one did. There were clearly employees inside at the window every time we drove past it. That's 4 times total. They were talking. Not working from what I could see. The restaurants hours said they closed at 9. We arrived at 8:10. Finally gave up at 8:44. Yes. We friggin waited a long time. No excuse for that. None. I hope that someone who can correct his kind of business reads this and takes some action. I am very disappointed. I drove for an hour to get to that krystals. Only to eat taco bell. I wanted tiny delicious burgers. 😭 Follow up response to Krystal's reply: Me returning would be a long shot in the dark a million miles away. Tell you what. Show me and the rest of the disappointed customers that you have made changes in staffing and quality and maybe you wouldn't have these kinds of complaints. Don't ask me to return to try again with out any changes being made prior. And suar coated responses ( barely an apology ) doesn't influence me to believe my next experience will be any different. Stopped by for a breakfast and lunch meal. Asked if they were serving breakfast as they were. But also if it about to lunch and they said yes. Ordered and got to the window and paid. The lady took our money and gave us straws. 2 mins later came back to us and said can you please pull to a parking spot. The parking lit was clear all but 1 car that was ahead of us that had to pull up also. Waited in the parking spot for 30 mins for our order.the lady came to our vehicle and gave my husband his food. He asked what about the breakfast food. She said they are making it now I will be right back. My husband ate his lunch while it was still hot. Finally she came back with my breakfast food. I ate one breakfast sandwich. Went to get the other sandwich and noticed the meat was thick and grease all over the bottom of the bag which now my cloth seat are greasy. Opened the sandwich to see that it has two sausage patties stuck together. Pulled them apart and the meat was raw. It was mushy raw. Through that sandwich out. Reached for the other one and disassembled it to find that meat was raw also. It went out the window. To be served raw pork meat and waited for 30 mins in the drive through is ridiculous. Horrible service. There is a sign on the door as you drive up saying they are hiring and trust me they need it. We ordered 12 Krystal’s with cheese 6 plane. The girl didn’t have it right on the screen and cut us off as we tried to tell her. so we figured we’d just make sure it was right when we got to the window. Pulled up tried to ask the young girl and she again cuts us off and says ummm yep yep I got it. The Receipt was wrong as well. She hands us our food and I check it for obvious reasons and yep it’s wrong. More then half of them were plane with cheese and the rest have nothing at all. I tell the girl and she then turns to the girl cooking to let her know it’s wrong. The girl on the grill then rolls her eyes and says what the hell am I supposed to do about it and seemed to mumble some other stuff. I went in and told them I wanted a full refund to just keep the food. So the girl on the girl starts to laugh and ask the manager Jeff to come up front. I let him know I want a refund and he gets it. However he never once asked what the problem was. Which was irritating as well. For sure not coming back to this one again. The workers are rude and management doesn’t...
