I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable experience I had at your Zaxby’s location at 1180 N Houston Levee Rd.
On this visit, my coworker ordered lunch for both of us. Her meal arrived soggy, with wings that were undercooked and unsafe to eat. My meal was also incorrect — I ordered the Great 8 meal, but only received five wings. Given the multiple issues, I returned to the store immediately with the uneaten meal to have it corrected.
Upon my arrival, I was met with immediate resistance and an unprofessional attitude from two employees, Markell and Kyel. Although I explained the situation calmly, they refused to assist me because I did not have the receipt on hand. They examined the food, falsely accused me of having eaten it, and dismissed my concerns with snide remarks and visible disrespect. Even more disturbing was their behavior at the drive-thru window: eye rolling, sarcastic comments, and visible mocking gestures while I was still present. This is not the level of professionalism or customer service I expect from any business, much less one I have supported for years.
To make matters worse, I was told I would have to repurchase the entire meal, as they “couldn’t verify” if it was ordered from their location. This experience was not only embarrassing, but also incredibly disappointing. I have been a loyal customer of Zaxby’s, but this situation has left me questioning whether I will ever return.
At this point, I expect a manager or district representative to contact me directly to resolve this matter appropriately. This situation warrants more than a standard apology. I believe management needs to seriously address the staff’s behavior and how they are representing the...
Read moreThe people here are friendly and that's a good thing but that is where the goodness ends. My family and I are addicted to Zaxby's but this location always gets the wings wrong! The boneless and the traditional are always too hard. No matter how many times I give them the opportunity to get it right, they still get it wrong. They only give you about 6 fries with the meal and I'm always left unsatisfied. The price is good but the food needs to match. I hate to go farther to the Germantown location, bypassing this one, but the Germantown location always gets it right (including the delicious fries) and 90% of the time the highway 64 location gets it one point. Read moreI am very disappointed with my recent experience. My original order the Kiddy Fingerz Meal and Grilled Cheese was not prepared properly, so I called and spoke with a manager who told me I could come in for a replacement.
When I arrived, the manager on duty, Chayal, was rude and unhelpful. She called the general manager, Fierra, but neither of them resolved the issue or replaced my food as promised. Instead of helping, they treated me poorly and made the situation worse.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expected my order to be replaced as agreed, but nothing was done. I hope management takes this seriously and improves...
