Dunkin' — Restaurant in Tequesta

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever had in my life. Dunkin’ Donuts is never my first preference anyway, but on the road, I thought I’d stop and grab me a sandwich with hashbrowns and a Matcha and everything from the sandwich down to the Matcha was disgusting. The bacon on my sandwich was raw hashbrowns was burnt, which I don’t understand how to be one overcooked and one could be undercooked, and the Matcha was just completely disgusting words can’t even describe beware of this Dunkin’ Donuts literally the worst and the lady at the register just sound like an old grouch. I’m a firm believer if you do not like your job you need to leave don’t put your negativity on everyone you come into contact withand then to put the cherry on the cake they don’t do exchanges or refunds Save your money. Lady in the drive thur with braids glasses was rude . Around 10:30 me and my grandma decided to come and grabb some breakfast and she continued to talk over us and y grandma was trying to make that they added sugar to the ice coffee . We pull up and she didnt add milk to our coffee just sugar and my grandma said nicely she wanted milk in it too . The lady became rude saying she asked multiple time if we wanted milk but she was talking over us and wouldnt let us finish our order so I understood it was a misunderstanding. But the fact she became very rude with a attitude and kept saying out loud “i asked if she wanted milk” over and over out loud . she had an attitude this whole entire time . and didnt even hand out food out to us another lady had to do it because the lady walked away yelling . Edit: So while Dunkin’ as a company is awesome, this location does not seem to have things together. I am on the road a lot and so I visit several locations each week for coffee or a quick breakfast on the go. This is the only location where there is problem with my order EVERY time. Today my pumpkin coffee has no pumpkin flavor, despite the label on the cup clearly indicating it should be included. Several times food from my mobile order was not ready when every other location is able to have it ready on time. This is not enough for me to stop coming but it is disappointing that the closest Dunkin’ also has the lowest reviews in the area. 🙁
