I’ve been to this location a few times when they newly opened recently and never had any issues but my most recent visit will definitely be my last. I’m not sure if the employees here are new to the hospitality industry or what the problem is, but they really need to be better trained on customer service skills and how to take orders properly/following directions.
Today on 10/4 (about 5:00pm), I drove up to the drive thru and placed my order. The girl on the speaker (curly dark brown hair) had no idea what she was doing, I had to repeat myself several times for her to understand and my order still came out wrong. When I drove up to the window, the second girl gave me my order (blonde hair with long ponytail and blue eyes with a lot of makeup on) was really rude when I politely informed her my order was wrong and that it needed to be fixed. Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake, she started to argue with me and tell me that the order was correct and what the sticker said on the cup was what I ordered. She proceeded to quickly fix my drink and then shut the window on me with no apology whatsoever. Obviously it wasn’t correct and the first employee at the speaker somehow didn’t input it correctly. I’m really not sure why it was so difficult for them to follow simple directions but the customer service overall was just ridiculous and unacceptable.
Overall just a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend...
Read moreHonestly one of the worst places to get coffee around here. First of all you have to ask the employees to stir your drink otherwise they won’t at all.
Secondly the service is very hit or miss. Sometimes they’re gregarious but just today I went and dealt with an old white lady with glasses who was very rude and condescending and wouldn’t even tell us to have a good day. She also snatched the card out of the drivers hand. Very unprofessional.
Thirdly the payment system for cards is absolutely abysmal. They reach out the device for you to insert your card into it and it’s quite a hassle. Especially if it’s during the day because the sun makes it extremely difficult to see. Everywhere else will just take your card and do it for you. They do it this way because they’re begging for tips and try to coerce you into giving them one.
Fourth, the prices here are astronomical. If you go to Dunkin Donuts and get two medium coffees and a doughnut, you’re probably going to spend around 6 bucks. If you go here and get two medium coffees and a cake pop, you’re easily spending close to 20 even though it’s the same quality.
Even though I’m a big coffee fan, I will never again waste my money here and I recommend no one else...
Read moreI must start by saying that every year, for Christmas I buy about four or five bags of the Christmas blends from Starbucks and only Starbucks .So I went there tonight to exchange a gift, a bag of the Christmas blend decaf. Because my wife does not drink decaf. Now I purchased these bags in a Publix Starbucks, a very nice. Starbucks in Publix , off of 17th Street crossway in fort Lauderdale.and I even had the receipt. So I thought Starbucks was Starbucks. But apparently not because the one in tequesta wouldn't let me exchange it because I bought it in a public Starbucks. Now I'm going to say that I will probably never purchase any of these coffees ever again. It was one bag and I didn't even want my refund. All I wanted to do was exchange it. So thank you to Starbucks in Tequesta for making up my mind. I will not be buying any more of your coffee Starbucks ,for Christmas...
