Whether or not this beach is cool to you depends on what you like. There are a lot of rocks in the water that can be pretty dangerous, but I think they are very cool! They're fun to climb on, if you're careful. There are shells and water pools on top of the rocks, and there are tons of holes that the ocean water splashes through. The unique rock formations make cool rivers and waterfalls that you could watch forever. The sand is very nice. If you go to where the rocks aren't, there are no shells and the sand is very flat and soft, so it doesn't hurt your feet. There are buckets at most beach entrances that they provide for people to pick up debris. Along most of the beach, the sand is very steep. It's not too steep that you can't set up chairs, but it's still fun for kids to run up and down. Overall, this is probably my favorite beach in the area!

Coral Cove Park is located in the northern corner of Palm Beach County about 5 minutes from Jupiter. The park has a good size parking lot with additional parking spaces along SR 707. The main attraction of the park are beaches, one the ocean side and another one on the Intracoastal waterway side. on the other side of the highway. This offers choice, on calm days ocean side might be preferred, on windy days with big waves and rip currents the Intracoastal beach would be most likely a better choice. Nice beach for sunbathing, walking, swimming, snorkeling and fishing.

I visited this beach twice during my short stay in Jupiter last winter. First day, an abundance of beautiful shells. I’ve never seen such optimal beach combing on the eastern coast. Second day was mostly sand. Typical scenario for beaches on the Atlantic. It’s consistently hit or miss. However I highly recommend, especially if you are an eastern FL person who enjoys shell finding. I live a few hours north and never find any of the ones I found at Coral Cove that first day. I think many of the common SWFL gulf shells get pushed up and stuck in that area.

This is our favorite beach to visit. Although it’s an hour and a half to two hour drive for us, this is our favorite beach. We love the rocks and shelling. We’ve found shark’s teeth here, seen turtles hatching from their eggs, seen the tide come in and blow up through the rocks, found tons of shells, and love the cleanliness of the beach and water. There’s lots of great restaurants around to visit too. Make time to visit the lighthouse while you’re there.

Pros: free parking, really cool photo ops by the rocks in the water, beautiful palm trees, sparkling blue water, fine sand, and they have buckets if you want to help save the earth and pick up garbage! Negatives: it’s not dog friendly (there is 2 miles of dog beach not far from here so it’s not a huge negative) and since that is the only con for me, I gave it 5 stars because I love visiting here anyway!

While RV camping at Johnathan Dickson State Park we decided to go to the beach and ended up at Coral Cove Park. It is a very nice beach, some good shelling, and interesting coral/rock formations. We walked the beach for a while and it is very clean. I think the only trash I noticed on the beach was a spent bic lighter. Also, the beach had dark sand. Overall, we will go back if we are in the area.
