Was here recently for a Christmas party with coworkers. We reserved the banquet room. As more of us arrived we found the table arrangement to limit our ability to talk to and visit one another, so seeing as we were the only guests in that room we wanted to make the tables into a “U” shape. One of the servers came back bringing drinks as we rearranged and very rudely asked “um may I ask what you are doing?” After we explained she basically told us we absolutely could not move the tables, and then left. She returned with two more servers who were a little more reasonable but the whole situation was uncomfortable. Their explanation was that they have to “have access to each seat because the plates are extremely hot.” Meaning they needed to be able to come behind each person. How would a U shape not work??? So we settled for an “H” shape…. Huh…? And then they proceeded to still reach over tables, which would have been fine, but not after creating a huge fuss over moving tables in the first place for that VERY reason. We wound up with just one main server who was very kind and attentive. The appetizers were delicious, fried mushrooms, onion petals, mozzarella sticks. The bar was nice and bartender was very sweet and friendly, loved listening to her interact with the patrons. The main courses were just okay. Everything came out in a timely fashion. My chicken was dry, and several of the stakes were not cooked correctly- one was even practically raw when it should have been medium. But the icing on the freaking cake was when we were done with dinner and we’re starting to play games and mingle, a waitress brings in another party of random people into the event room WE BOOKED. No heads up, just a very rude “Heh sorry guys. Gonna have to move over” Uh HELLO we booked this EVENT ROOM FOR A PRIVATE EVENT. The poor people she seated looked so uncomfortable. None of us will be booking OR dining...

For a "steak" place it was hands down the WORST piece of steak I have ever had. I ordered a NY Strip, the same thing I order at any steak place that offers it. What I got was NOT a NY Strip!!!! This was definitely not cut from the short loin. It was obviously CUT to mimic a NY strip but was criss crossed with so many veins and arteries it was a challenge just to find a edible piece that the steak knife could cut through,
It had been cut with a tab to give the appearance of that nice super tender bite at the end of a strip, however this was obviously just a shape cut into either a flank or chuck steak.
The NY Strip costs $18.95 which is substantially higher then other steak places (Texas Roadhouse A+++ NY Strip, for less money)
To top this experience off, everyone at the table except the one person who ordered a rib eye got a steak cooked exactly the same regardless of order (med rare, med, well...etc)
I will NEVER eat there again.....way over priced and I feel like I literally...
Read moreSalad bar was fresh. Everyone enjoyed their meals. There were 6 of us and our bill was just under $100.00, not to bad. Server was decent but impatient. We all arrived in different vehicles for lunch. When the last of us arrived he pointed toward us questioningly to the host who was waiting patiently for us to get together, she shrugged and he threw his hands up then brought them down audibly on his thighs. When it came time to order he looked around annoyed with big eyes waiting on the next person in an impatient manner waving his hands in front of himself. There were a total of 3 tables including ours at that point, the others had already ordered. Very tall white male server. Bad look for a business that had a total of 7 tables for the entire hour and a half we were there from 12:00-1:30 on a Saturday. The food saved the day on this visit. We tipped him $17.+ on credit card and left him a $20.00 bill as we work in the restaurant and...
