Monical's Pizza of Terre Haute - Towne South Center — Restaurant in Terre Haute

First time here, we had the Veggie pizza deep dish and it was delicious, reminds me of Chicago's pizza that used to be in Terre Haute, not quite that awesome but close :) also had the mozzarella cheese sticks and they were ok, extremely stringy cheese was afraid to let my little ones eat those. The girls were always moving keeping the place clean and making sure the customers wanted for nothing, good crew. It is a little on the pricey side, my large pizza was $23 but it tasted very fresh and crisp so worth it. I'll be a customer again. Wish they had some video games or something to keep the kids entertained like the old table top video games would be cool. Back in the day right...

Unfortunately for this business I use to work at a restaurant with the same POS system, and the manager flat out lied to me. I order delivery and after arguing with the girl on the phone about whether they delivered to my location, which they did considering they had the week before, I double checked with her about my order. When my order finally arrived, my order was wrong. Not surprised, but when I called the store to get it corrected, the "manager", Joey, who was rude to say the least wanted me to send my pizza back when the delivery guy got there? Ridiculously expensive. Pizza was ok but nothing special. I got the pizza as carry out and by the time I got home which was less tan 5 minutes, it was soggy. The steaming hot pizza was covered tightly with aluminum foil and placed in a bag instead of a traditional pizza box. When I lifted the foil off the pizza there was water droplets completely covering the foil. They had dropped back down on the pizza making it soggy. No thank you especially...
