Julio's Chicken & Fish — Restaurant in Terrell

FORNEY LOCATION. Pass by here a lot. Thought I would go in. Got a combo meal of mixed chicken pieces, mac n cheese, and biscuits. Chicken breading was okay, but chicken didn't seem fresh with a slightly slimy consistency under the breading. Mac N Cheese was absolutely horrendous, not creamy, VERY runny as I watched a staff member take FOREVER trying to drain the noodles of excess liquid before putting it in my container. It also probably was not fresh because there was a tinny (metal) taste as if it has been sitting a while. Biscuits are pretty good, sweet and a little savory, not dry. Customer service was decent. I WILL NOT be back or even bother with any Julios if this is how they operate. Freshness and preparation seems to be an issue that I'm not willing to risk my money or...

Would give zero stars if I could , the girl at the window is RUDE ! I got a 15 peace family meal of tenders and some catfish , they took forever to make it , and they were adding extra stuff to my order that I didn’t order we had to tell them to remove it , ended to spending $47 , they gave me no sauce , when I asked for hot sauce she said it’s 50 cents , I’ve never paid for hot sauce there , ever ! I got a lot of food and spent a lot of money and they couldn’t even give me sauce I had to eat plain chicken. The girl at the window will argue with you , she doesn’t want to be there and I won’t go back there....

Me & My Family ordered Lunch today 7/10/23 Chicken Tenders, the Tenders were not hot & fresh & were small like hardly No meat on Tenders Ordered Extra Rolls 1/2 dozen and none of Rolls are not Fresh & Hot always cold and this isn't first time this happened here At this Restaurant, I could say compare to other fried chicken place, but I am not going to say names of others that been better, cause I was giving Julio's benefit of doubt another chance .. Please serve Hot Fresh Food, and plus my hubby loves yall's Rolls better...and Yeap it is hard very hard to get there phone...
