It's late and before I get into this, let me say I have rarely had a good experience with the night crew.
Anyway. I told them I'd be leaving a review and I plan on calling corporate but here is the shindig.
We feed seven. We have worked outside all day, don't feel like cooking. So we split the food costs between two payers when we go out, so two separate orders.
I tell them I have two orders. They say we can't do that. I'm super confused, I seriously thought this chick was joking at first.
No, seriously they can't. We have to go back around if we want two orders. Okay, not so bad except every time you go through there at night, you always have to pull forward and wait ten to fifteen minutes for your food, which means whoever gets the first orders food will be cold when we get home.
So I tell her, how is this so hard? I Give you one order, you total it out then I give you the second, just as if two separate cars are ordering. Then you tell me the total for one, I give you card. Then you tell me the total for the other, I give you another card. She says people scam them that way and it's managers discretion if she wants to do it and she doesn't.
I'm like...how stupid are the cashier's not to be able to read what the machine says and accept payment? Now I didn't say that, my husband said that as we waited past the window, for our first order. . We finally get it. I said let's go back around. He said no we aren't going back. So we took the first order home and promptly headed to Jack in the Box.
It wouldn't be so bad but she was unwilling to really give an explanation other than it's a scam. She was rude, condescending, and scoffed when I told her I was leaving a bad review and then said really?
Yes really. You don't deserve to be manager of anywhere with those lack of customer service skills, inability to explain and deescalate the situation and complete high horse attitude. You literally lack every skill in our interactions that would qualify you to even be a door greeter.

Read moreI recently visited this location on April 8th and 10th around 7pm on both days, while traveling to and from Louisiana. The food was really good both times.
My only complaint is the staff, while friendly enough that were either inexperienced or not well trained. With both visits I ordered through the app to speed up the process or so I thought.
During the first visit the staff member did not know how to properly use the Freestyle drink machine and could not find the drink I ordered so I settled for a different drink but received the wrong size drink (value size instead of a small).
The second visit prompted this review. When I arrived the drive though was pack so I decided to go inside and give my wife a chance to stretch. After entering and approaching the counter, several minutes passed by before any of the staff acknowledged my presence then several more minutes before Ulysses came to the register and ask for my order. Initially he and another staff member could not find my order. At this point I had been at the counter for around 5 minutes, no big deal at this point knowing that they were busy with the drive though. My problem is that it was about another 20 minutes before I received my food from the second staff member. By this time I was pretty deterred with having to wait about 25 minutes for a burger fries and a drink. I told the guy who handed me my food “Thank you but this would be my last time stopping at this location”.

Read moreI love Wendy's food but I will never, never, never return to this particular Wendy's. First the restaurant was a disaster! The floors were nasty, almost all of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down, there was, what appeared to be, a bottle of pee in the restroom, the restroom was extremely messy and you couldn't dry your hands. When we went to order our food, I wanted to ask a question first. I just needed to know if they had plain honey. There was 3 people at the front counter but we had to wait for 6 minutes while all 3 of them flirted, giggled, and joked with customers that already had their food. They were eating their food and having a good time while we waited to order. Then I asked about the plain honey. I was told that they had plain honey. So I ordered chicken nuggets, I only eat them if I can dip them in honey. The rest of my family ordered and we sat down to wait for our food to be ready and them to call my husband's name. Once the food was ready, we sat down and every meal was incorrect and they didn't have plain honey, they only had "hot honey". My husband had to return to the counter 3 different times. We were given the wrong size drink, then the wrong drink, the wrong type of burger, the wrong size fries, one meal never got their fries, and they didn't have honey so I didn't eat the nuggets.
