Ok so this was at 10:15 this morning. The order went fine but the wait was the deal breaker. Two cars up a woman was talking to the employee about whatever. That wait was a good 6 minutes. The next car got her food just fine. Now, I should have left by now since I hadn't paid yet but I was being patient.
It was my turn. Two mins went by. You figured they'd have my order ready by the time I was there. Nope. Legit 6 mins went by and I drove off even after paying. No one said, I'm sorry for the wait, it'll be a few more mins. Your communication was very poor. It was 10:30 and you'd think the food there would have been prepped and done hours ago. It wasn't even busy inside or outside.
I don't want to be one of those mean customers, but damn, step up your communication game. Luckily it was only 6$ but I still felt cheated from your place. The car behind me also left as well...

Like other businesses they have been short-staffed, and for a long time only the drive through was all that was available. Although dining in was an option today I went through the drive through, ordered a #1, A Whopper meal. For the first time in a long time I was very disappointed with my sandwich. I had asked for extra mayo but didn't get it, they never give it so I don't know why I ask anymore. And because I ask for extra mayo I always seem to get less ketchup, almost to the point of none, so I always have to ask for extra packs of ketchup so I can add it myself. Why put someone in charge of taking orders at the drive-through who can’t comprehend? You’ll repeat yourself 10 times and then get to the window and have to do it another 10 times. The fries are always half full and cold, the drinks always have liquid on the outside of the lid so it drops on you when they pass it through the window. I called today to find out if they’re participating in the national rollout of the very popular plant-based Impossible Burger which starts in a few days—it’s been all over the news. I talked to a manager who had no idea what I was talking about. The only way you’ll be satisfied with this location is if you keep your expectations very low.
