Subway — Restaurant in Tewksbury

This Subway is inside Walmart but you'd never know it was there unless you actually walked in past the entryway where you pick up the carriages. It's got a nice little eating area and the typical Subway food. My only problem has to do with employee training and food handling: the person making my sandwich stopped to ring up the person in front of me. That person paid in cash and the worker handled that cash and then went back to my sandwich without changing her gloves. I had to ask her to change her gloves and make me a new sandwich. My boyfriend and I were served by an unloved, rude lady, who asked my boyfriend something and he didn't understand, because it's hard to hear when the person is not in the mood to talk, has an accent and is far away (separated by a counter). Instead of looking into the customer's eye and repeating the question politely, she got angry and whispered "am I speaking in Chinese?". I don't understand why a person who hates his work likes to spoil other people's experience. How to feel the taste of food if your throat burns with anger after a terrible service? Don't go here in the afternoon, it's like the food has been out there all day, in the open, never covered with the plastic caps on the bowls.
