Dandi Lyons — Restaurant in Tewksbury

Terribly run business. I was charged nearly $20 for a frappe and medium ice cream; something that cost $9.20 a week prior. Only noticed due to what my credit card statement was showing.

This occurred on 6/26. I called on 6/27, explained the situation including leaving my name and number to talk with the owner which I was told would call me back the following day. No call.

I called on 6/29 in the morning and in the afternoon, left my information again both times and was told the owner would call me when they arrived that day. No call.

Called a final time today, 6/30, to the same song and dance. Conveniently, I didn't need to leave my information since mentioning my name the employee knew exactly what this was about.

Horribly run business, the owner needs to improve how they run their business and not rob people blindly. At this point, I've filed a credit card dispute which they've already credited me back.

The credit card companies response time: 30 seconds. Dandi-lyons response time: 4 days and counting.

Not going back to them again, I'll spend my money down the street at Mac's Dairy Farm in Tewksbury where they don't steal from people and refuse to...

We've been buying Christmas Trees from them for 9yrs now for us and other members of our family. The trees are always good and a fairly decent price relative to others in the area. This year the tree wouldn't open up and dropped a huge amount of needles while we set it up. I brought it back and they apologized for the inconvenience and replaced the tree. It's sad to say but good customer service like this is unusual. I will gladly return next...

This is a place that's THIS CLOSE to being amazing, the ice cream is solid and they have really good prices on flowers as well. Lots of specials and little things really too it off. Their issue isn't even their fault but it's an issue all the same, the tables outside are a great place to sit and have ice cream but with their location you will get eaten alive out there and they don't have enough (or any I think) indoor seating to...
